Laurel JThe self pickup would not verify my location, I had location permission set for always on the UHaul app, this was for the dropoff and delivery. The key box code was short by one letter, luckily an employee was there after hours and he figured it out.

Mark KBlinker on the left side did not appear to work. Driving lights worked though. Not sure if it was my vehicle or the trailer. Very good experience all in all, both dealers were excellent all around.

debra rThe gas policy is very hard to understand and hard to follow. Why a 1/4 tank of gas??? I do not blame this location but UHAUL overall should adjust their policy.

Daniel HBad customer service. They made me hooked up the trailer and take it off buy myself. Even two months ago when I rented the trailer from California and drop it off there they make me take it off by myself when I know that I’m just a woman and my strength is not enough to lift a 6 x 12 trailer on and off my car. This is not the first time that she told me to hook it on and to take it off by myself. What happen when I try to lift a 6 x 12 trailer onto my car I spring my left hip. If I don’t get better I will be suing the company if I can’t be able to stand 40 hours of work a week. When returning the trailer back, three days later, the lady refused to help me again. she told me she cannot leave the cash register. An officer saw that I was having trouble backing up the trailer to the parking lot. He offered help. Without his help this location will charge me twice for a full price on the same day that I have already paid. I told him what happen when I picked up the trailer. He Helped me back up the trailer to the parking spot and help detach the trailer off my car. My experience with this location for trailer rental have very, very, very, very bad customer service, and even if they have a guy who works there, he has very, very, very, very bad attitude along with the lady who takes money for rentals in the building. U-Haul why you pick this location for your business when you can build your own business location in town.

Donald WCustomer service. I was very appreciative that I was able to extend my rental due to unable to move it all in the 1 day but when I picked up the trailer there was no one to help me. I was told that if I wanted help then I needed to go to Green Bay. I am almost 5 months pregnant and had a hard time lifting and securing it onto our truck. Brought it over to be checked to make sure it was correct and was told it was. Less than 2 blocks later it comes off my truck down the road. Never felt so embarrassed and I told them I didn't know what I was doing so I had it double checked. Wow... thr service definately sucks!

Kathy WGreat rental experience. There are a couple running lights out on the trailer I rented. I talked the person that did my final inspection and they said they would replace them when I returned it.

Noel HFantastic! The tire pressure warning light came on after driving from Green Bay to Lark with a full load. The tires didn't look flat so I am guessing that they got a little hot and maybe the pressure got too high?

glenn dWe simply pulled into the adjacent lot and parked the trailer. The U-Haul app was easy to work with. We were able to take pictures of the trailer upon return, and submit them.

Todd DYou just have to really make sure you get your paperwork right? I rented the small U-Haul for a day 24 hours you put on the paper only four hours get your paperwork straight so people don’t get overcharged you’ll lose a lot of customers.
mary hThe drop off location was awful. They had a sign on the door that said not pull into the lot with the trailer, nothing on the street before you get out of your car and walk to the door. They were rude and upset that I pulled into the car lot. I said well there is no sign on the street. They did not have a path clear to pull back out and did not assist with watching for traffic when I had to back out of the lot onto an active road. The woman and man would not come out to the lot to ensure everything was in good order. I would never rent a trailer or return a trailer from this location unless it was absolutely necessary.

Scott MOnly is i was to drop truck off in Hilbert Wisconsin, which was only 3 miles from my house. I got a call from U-Haul Guy Thursday night after I got to my destination asking me if I could drop the truck off in Manitowoc, which was almost an hour out of my way. This whole rental experience was total bullshit.

Kevin Hl expected the truck cab to be cleaned better, especially since the verbage that was in the contract about making sure to sweep and mop out the back of the truck or face an exorbitant charge. The service was a bit slow, not very friendly, but it's the only U-Haul in town right now.

glenn dCheck in on line difficult as kept telling me I was at wrong location. Obviously I wasn't and a very patient helpful person via a call in, got me checked in and on my way. Great job and thank you. Returning truck a breeze. All worked well.
Gregory WI drove the vehicle for 7.4 miles, pre paid for 10 miles and they charged me for 6 gallons of gas after I topped it off to where it was. You owe me Money !!!!!! RIP OFF. Local guy in shop wouldn’t help me. Told me to call 800.
Todd KThe staff would not help me hook up the car hauler. This was only to connect the car hauler to UHaul truck. All I needed was some to spot we while backing up. Three people sat in the office while I tried to line up for connection. They said they did not do that. The car hauler was too heavy to move. After numerous Close tries, I flagged a local jogger to assist me Only needed someone to help me line up the U-Haul 20ft van where I had no visibility Hard to image UHaul allows this terrible level of customer service to happen
david JI arrived and walked into the store to ask for help as I didn't know how to undo the trailer or where to park. The 2 reps told me to park the trailer in lot across the street and when I asked for help guiding as the parking lot was tight, they told me they were on break and this was the customers job. I advised I didn't know how to unhook the trailer and if someone can come help, they threw a pamphlet at me telling me to read the instructions. Frustrated I left the store and after 45 minutes of trying to reverse the trailer into the parking spot, a customer who was picking up a truck came over to assist. He also helped me undo the trailer and said that was the absolute poorest customer service on the stores part not helping. After the trailer was un hooked, I walked into the store to see if they can provide confirmation receipt on return and they said they don't provide and will process later. i left the store not knowing what just happened. I returned the trailer 3 days early on Tuesday and received the confirmation return via email on Friday. The trailer was sitting on their lot for 3 days before they checked it in on the final day. Absolute horrible experience
suey vTruck had mud inside and on tires. Blankets had mud and debris on them. Ver disappointed for the money I spent.
BRANDON BIt was mostly clean, like the rear of the truck was clean but the cab part of it was dirty in the cup holders and dash as well as the feet area on both the drivers side and passenger side. I did take pictures to show what it looked like before we used it
