This dealer charged us with an extra day even though your company could verify and we had proof the vehicle was returned in less than 10 hours. Clearly the dealer lied to try to make more money. I am not sure I would use your company again with such disreputable dealers.

Experience was horrible. I did not receive the furniture dolly or utility dolly. I had to go back to get the blankets because the person was not at the store. He was pushing me to let him check out/return the truck. This was worst experience, would never tell anyone to work with this location.

The location was out in the middle of nowhere, the truck was dirty, the paid-for dolly was missing, and it cost another $50 to get out to the pick-up location. No bus stop close by, nothing/

Note: I do not recommend the first location assigned to me (Jarrettsville) when I went to pick up the truck nobody was there. Luckily U-Haul was able to find another location in Fallston which went very well, i recommend this location. In addition U-Haul gave me a refund of $50.00 for the inconvenience encounter. Thank you

Very professional equipment in working order

The attendant had no idea what he was doing which caused pickup to take forever. Although the truck was there and ready, he did not have the equipment ready when I arrived, and sent me to another location to pick it up. My understanding is that he was supposed to go to that location and retrieve it beforehand. He also failed to touch base with me before I went to pick up the truck and equipment. Also, because I had to go to another location to pickup my equipment, another contract had to be set up under my name. This caused great confusion among other U-Haul employees. The truck itself was brand new and performed great.

The attendant there didn't ask me if I wanted the insurance. But he charged me for it anyway! I took pictures of how much gas was in there when I rented the truck and also after I purchased the gas when I was getting ready to take the truck back! But I was still charged for it! He also made racial comments! “He asked me was I from this country”?I asked him why! “He said because you don't look like it”!

Uhual web site can take a reservation but the actual dealer can't. Stay away from marathon dealer, Fallston maryland location.

There was a 15$ charge I don't understand. We had the truck about 15 minutes

I went to drop off the U-Haul to 1515 Belair Road on November, 2021 and as I did so, I pulled up to a gas pump to fill up the tank. The employee working there saw me about to do so and said that I did not need to fill the tank and that he would take care of it. Imagine my surprise when I received my receipt and saw a $60.00 fuel service fee + fuel charge. I would happily have filled up the tank on my own, had your employee not interrupted and told me not to do so. An email sent to U Haul went completely unanswered. Further, the original location that I reserved under said they could not honor my reservation and told me to walk over to another U Haul location. When I finally received it, the tank was only filled up half way. -It should have been a full tank from the start. This whole experience was incredibly unprofessional and I will not be using their services again.

Wrote in to multiple customer service lines with no response. Equipment we ordered was missing, and the cab was filthy, and we still were charged a cleaning fee, even after submitting photos showing that it was filthy before we received it.
