1) Start by being organized and having knowledgeable staff about the rates and costs 2) Dont pressure customers to get a higher priced trailer when it exceeds what they need 3) Don't have multiple scratches and dents on the trailer not previously claimed to have the CUSTOMER go around and place X where there are dents 4) Be properly trained on how to hook up trailers 5) Clean out equipment after a customer use if the clean was not accomplished. 6) Actually go through the contract with the customer and have them sign it. I didn't not sign a single thing nor was told anything of what was going on. Completely left in the dark. HORRID location.

Wiring was damage and needed 25lbs of air in the driver side tire and 45lbs of air in the driver side tire. Other than that the trailer was in good shape and the service was impeccable.

The day I dropped off the vehicle (same day I picked it up) when I gave the keys to the gas station employee, I asked to him if he had to give me a receipt or something after returning the van/keys. He said no worries and then U-HAUL CHARGED ME AN EXTRA DAY!!! when I returned the vehicle less than 12 hours of using.

I filled out all the necessary info online with copies of our drivers license. Not sure why it took around 20 minutes in the office. Staff and Manager were very courteous and pleasant. Just wish there was a speedier way at pick up. This happens all the time when we arrange U-haul at different locations. Anyhow, all went well. Thanks
