Entered the building and was the only one there and asked the employee behind the counter for help with my order and I was told that since I chose the mobile app option I had to do it. After 10-15 min of fumbling around the app I was given the keys with no idea where the truck was, when I wandered for a few min and went back in I ask where is the truck and was told around the corner in the tunnel. So I walked around the corner and there were 10-20 trucks and I had no idea which was mine. Finally another employee saw mw wandering around the trucks and helped me find my truck.SCOTT R.

Everything went well except the return. I returned the truck. After I had completed the automated process the owner (John) asked me to give him the key. I made him aware that 1: The driver seat did not adjust properly and 2: the driver door did not close without excessive force. There was a rubber seal at the bottom of the door that had come loose. He responded "All of these trucks doors are hard to close" I then pointed to him the rubber seal hanging on the bottom of the door. He again repeated the same response. I simply said "you have a good day". He continued to talk and said "oh are you walking away? I have to listen to you and you don't have to listen to me?" I said, well I am the customer and I am making you aware of some minor issues with the truck. He said something else that by this point I was not listening any longer. I then said, "you know sir if it wasn't for us customers you might not have a job". I probably should not have said that, but I was merely responding to his arrogance and rudeness. He then said:"That's OK, don't come back. I believe that this was an unnecessary confrontation after everything else was uneventful. His arrogance might be due to the fact that this might not be his primary business (it is also a repair shop) and potentially they are extremely busy due to many people moving to our great state of Florida. This location is convenient to me, but based on this last experience I will research another location in the future. Thank youCarmine D.

This is at least my sixth rental from this location. They know me and are very friendly. I am usually in the rental truck in less than 15 minutes. No problems. Info in computer helps speed the process. I expect to continue to rent from this dealer. They also take very good care of U Haul inventory and treat the business as though it were there own. The reservation was made on-line and paid for. A pickup time was specified and guaranteed by U-Haul. However, upon arrival the equipment was not ready and I had to wait for over 40 minutes for the equipment to be ready. The equipment was not available at the location and had to be brought from somewhere else. I had to constantly ask for updates in order for this business to initiate any phone calls to see where the equipment was. So much for U-Haul equipment ready guarantees.Charles S.
