Never heard back from request to have incorrect fuel charge corrected on final invoice. Sent proof that the vehicle was returned properly refueled, but did not get a response.

It would be nice to have a credit available for gas filled over the required amount. I spent $200 filling a giant tank not knowing for sure how much gas it would consume. I ended up using only a third of it but wasn't offered any credit for the additional gas added.

The drop off was great. I got a text from the person the day of. They were very kind and reliable with clear instructions.

The trucks windshield was so dirty I had to pull into a gas station to wash it because I couldn’t see out of it when it wasn’t daytime. The manager was friendly enough but pushy about showing up when we got delayed and picked up the truck only a little later than expected but still early in the day.

I had my sister pick up the truck, since I was organizing this move from out of the country. The dealer in WA changed the order to be in my sister's name (a person I had indicated by name as one of my authorized drivers over the phone) - meaning that I, the one who placed the order, made the reservation, and paid for it, who submitted the documents online ahead of time including driver's license and contract agreements, I, the one who hired this service, was no longer allowed to know about the contract without HER consent. This dealer ALSO changed my order to be several days shorter than I already agreed to and paid for!!!!!!! Naturally, I wasn't informed about this, because the contract was apparently no longer in my name - though my money was still good enough for your company, mind you. My card was refunded a measly $32 (CAD) for the days they stole back, then overcharged later for $357 when I turned it in, despite my making arrangements with the drop-off location once I was informed about this change. What troubles me is that I pre-arranged for the truck for 10 days through the Uhaul traffic office, agreed to a price, PAID for it, and then had the contract renegotiated without my knowledge or consent! At NO POINT did I allow Uhaul to make this contract in my sister's name, and I was no longer even allowed to know if I was authorized to drive the truck that *I* had contracted for. If I were another person, I would definitely sue for both compensatory AND punitive damages, since this is a clear breach of the agreement I entered into with your company. I will avoid all business with Uhaul in the future wherever possible and inform anyone considering a Uhaul rental about my terrible experience.

I was originally supposed to pick up my reserved truck in Bremerton. I recived a phone call 2.5 hours before my resesrvation time that the truck I requested was not yet returned and that they would be finding me a replacement. When I arrived at muy pick-up time there was still no truck for me. After 30 minutes on the phone, I was sent 45 minutes away to this location to get a truck. This added an hour and half of drive time and gas to my already stressful moving day.

My only comment is that the signage explaining where to park a vehicle for off-hours returns could be improved. I sort of guessed and parked the truck + tow dolly in a location that seemed appropriate, but if I hadn't thought about it and had strictly followed the posted sign I may have parked the truck in a location that would have congested the location for another return. The posted sign for "returns" would have me parking the truck basically right in the middle of the driveway, which would mean that driveway would be blocked if somebody else needed to do an off-hours return after my. Since this location is only staffed a few days per week, better signage would be an easy and very useful improvement.

My truck only had a quarter of a tank of gas in a very small town , and at $5.00 a gallon it was tough . Then I had 25 minutes to drive back . Other then that it was good .
