Frank JOur pick up was scheduled at 9:00. The person in charge of doing the Uhaul rental showed up 10 minutes late and made excuses about not expecting me until 10:00. The truck floor was dirty. I have rented several times from Uhaul and this was the only bad experience I have had.

Greg HThe problem we faced was the milage issue. At the beginning of the contract, it said 315 miles for two days, however, when we returned the truck they charged us an additional $15 for extra 14 miles because it was 286 miles for two days. I hope the contract on the website shows the accurate miles next time.

KENNETH BThe shop you go into was dirty, crowded with golf carts that were parked so close together you barely had room to walk. The woman at the desk when I picked up the uhaul was friendly, the male worker was not. Returning the uhaul was subpar. The uhaul trailer we rented was wrong. It said on my reservation that we were getting a closed 12x9 trailer and instead it was open, which mean we had to buy ratchet and tarps to cover our cargo. And if I wanted an open trailer I would not have driven 40 mins to get it, because a more local uhaul had them less than 10 minutes away. When I tried to call to figure out why this happened I was treated poorly and told the regional manager would call me. They never did. Won’t trust uhaul again after this experience.
