Valjeanne GainesI was charged $633.94 for a carry all trailer to move a car 700 miles. I was told it was a 4 day proceed charge. I can understand a drop off fee, but 634 for one day? I rented it at noon one day, and returned it the morning of the next day. So, boo. Not that cool. It's the first time I've felt ripped off by Uhaul.
JESSE SYFERTThe 26ft truck I reserved the month before was not there when we went to pick it up! They gave me a 20ft…truck and because of this we had to give furniture away…and I had to leave all our Christmas decorations behind. That’s another 18 hours there and back we have to make because someone let our reserved truck go! Very disappointed! The gentleman there didn’t know what happened…the guy on the customer service line didn’t know what happened. The truck we received was clean and drove well. It was just way too small!
Donna MARSHALLThis was a terrible Uhaul experience. My original reservation was for Pinetop, AZ. I show up to get my Uhaul equipment and they state that it's not there but in another town. I had to drive with my 4 month old, 3 hours round-trip just to get the equipment. I never received notice of this change. A Uhaul representative stated I would receive a call from corporate in 24 to 48 hours. I never received one. Overall bad experience

Carrie TiernanLocation is convenient just a few blocks from our apt. Mr. Farr took care of unhooking the trailer from our truck. We were very tired. We towed a car from Tucson. With snow detours it was 400 miles! We got the car to our place safely. It is a car new to me. I was nervous about it getting damaged. I did not have another driver. Towing was cheaper than fueling both vehicles twice on the way home.

Get her and business is closed. Try self check out. Website says cannot verify location. Have to research to call customer service. Get checkout/in handled. Was told would receive $30 credit on bill (not much) total trip for wife to pick up and home 60 miles, total time 2.5 hrs. Times 2 people=5man hrs divided into $30 = $6 per hr. Pretty. Heap labor by any standard.

Anita Strawn De OjedaThe guy working was really nice. Poor dude seemed so overwhelmed and like someone left him there without instructions or enough training to be there alone. I unloaded my car from the dolly and left the truck where he asked. Told him I cleaned the truck and about the dolly issue. I even left a note in the truck. If I need to submit a time stamped photo from when I picked it up, I can. It was broken in Taylorsville, and neither myself or this shop is responsible for the unsafe “fix” of the passenger brake light.
Corey BurchReturned the truck and trailer successfully. Although we had a slight problem with the fuel.. We left Phoenix on half a tank.. And we returned it on half a tank. At the time when we left Phoenix during the initial contract agreement.. The uhaul representative (young guy) left the truck running for over an hour.. And wgen it was time to depart the fuel was at half tank. So that was a bit inconvenient when we returned the truck in Holbrook, Arizona.
