ron cThe rental agent was not on site when I was supposed to pick up the vehicle so I had to wait. They told me to leave my car parked in a 2 hour limit area on the street because it could get damaged if I parked on their property.

Lisa MProblems with the uhaul site, no fault of this location, employee reached out to higher ups and they were having the same issue. She took all my information and gave me a call when everything was back up and working. Then my closing date for my house changed and I called 30 minutes before close and she was able to move my reservation up and get exactly what I needed exactly when I needed it. Bennets uptown shops on state street I will highly recommend to everyone.

Morgan DAbsolutely wonderful, went above & beyond to make things right for me after hiccups at the pick up location. I was almost charged a lot of money for dropping off at the “Wrong Location” which they failed to update/document at my pick up location.
