The only thing that was weird was at return-check-out there was no mention of what to do with the key to the truck but I remembered at pick-up what the combination was to the padlock so I replaced the key in the lock-box.REINDERT N.

The truck while parked registered as a full tank of gas. However when I drove off, the truck was 3/4 full. So for me to start on my trip, I immediately incurred a cost of 30.00 to fill the tank up!!!!! That is ridiculous. Literally right out of the gate.ELIZABETH T.

I will never rent a vehicle from uhaul again, the fuel tank was registered 1/2 tank at first which is the original amount, yet i was charged $73 for fuel plus $28 safety fee, uhaul is a rip-off, don't go theteSteven J.
Their was no ramp for this uhaul which made moving harder, and we weren't told about this issue. Fridge barely fit in truck from top to bottom. I also feel like I was over charged , other than that the serivece was great very nice people working the counterChristy C.

I rented a truck at 4 pm and return it next day at 12 am, and they charge me for an extra day, they dint advise to return it same they, girls there suckHector O.

I called Uhaul several times the night before and noone answered to reserve my truck. I went to the uhaul in Fontana off of Sierra and foothill. I waited over 20 minutes in line which is ridiculous!! Then when I finally got to the front, the representative told me that I had to go to another location to pick up as they didnt have any available in my size. There were pleanty of the size I needed there. It was overall a very frustrating experience. Noone was anyehere near the front office. I rang the doorbell several times. I had to walk around to the back to try and find someone. This is not the way I expected your company to operate. Very dissapoonting. I will never be back unless you make this expericne better for me.Daniel G.
Was not satisfied at all. 1) was promised unlimited miles for an in town tow because you guys screwed up my first reservation and then screwed up the time for my 2nd. I got to the place and it was closed for lunch 12-1 my reservation was 1215. 2) really bad attitude at both locations I went too because of presviouse comment I also went to the one on foothill and they were rude and a bag of white substance came out of the pocket of one of the employees while I was waiting in line highly unprofessional to being drugs to work. 3) place was closed and was not explained about the return process on the app so the office was closed Sunday when I was suppose to return. Overall I'm upset and wish to be refunded at least half of what I paid I didn't know additional charges would apply and half the charges weren't explained. Environmental charge? .99cent a mile when Sunday's and Monday's are .79 Cent a mile. U can't charge me a weekend rate for a weekday even if I did keep it an xtra day. Not even hotels are that petty and unprofessional I am very upset and would not recommmend U-Haul unless u fix your mistakes. Also I will be writing letters to apropriate places and reviews as well.
