John RThe location was excellent! The owner obviously cares about his business. I would prefer an option to drop off the equipment on Sunday after hours….. that was not available at this location and was my only complaint. It cost me an extra $100 in fees … I would obviously try to avoid with an alternative in the future. I’m sure the owner would have loved a $50 tip and I would have loved to save $100 in extra fees for a late Monday drop off.

Larry DUHaul was unable to provide the 15 foot truck I reserved. I was offered one at a pickup location 1 hour away from the agreed location. I refused and had to settle for a 10 foot truck instead. The problem I had with that was that it was only 50.00 less. I believe that I should have been compensated more. I will need to rent a truck in the near future and I will look for other alternatives. Robert VThere was a big dent in the fender that was noted previously to taking the trailer. Upon loading the trailer the fender started rubbing on the tire. Fortunately I had tools and was able to bend the fender away enough to proceed with the move.

Anna LMy concern isn't necessarily with the place I returned the truck to but the Albuquerque office that has been stealing from my bank acct.without so much as an invoice or receipt. So far they've taken about $500 without my consent. UHaul charged me $300 more than I was quoted and then failed to provide the month of free storage that was promised. Due to their lack of desire to provide decent customer service in scheduling, I had truck for more days than I wanted because I had no where to off load it! I was sent on two different occasions on wild goose chases that produced no positive results and Albuquerque office has stolen about $500 from me - so far - to fund those excursions. I would like UHaul to take responsibility for the days and miles that they're responsible for, reimburse the money they've stolen on bogus charges and reimburse me for what I was overcharged at the front end of all this AND what it cost me for storage when they could not provide adequate stg.
lisa dScheduling on the front end was awful and I was charged $300 more than what I was quoted AND because of scheduling issues was unable to pick up auto hauler with the truck and was charged for the 3 days I had to wait for the auto hauler AND the miles I had to go out of my way to pick it up. I was also offered a month of free storage at destination but after having UHaul send me more than 100 miles out of my way and days of waiting for them to figure something out, I ended up finding and paying for my own storage but UHaul still charged me for the extra days I had the truck and for the miles they had me drive - on a wild goose chase they sent me on. They essentially stole over $500 from my bank acct and left me in the red. Upon speaking to someone named Danny in Albuquerque, I realized that they were indeed ripping me off and had no intentions of finding a resolution or making good on their promises nor being accountable for all of the charges they were responsible for. Overall, this move was the most awful experience I've ever had moving. UHaul Albuquerque is stealing from my bank acct, providing no invoice or receipt for money they've taken.

Robert CUhaul rerouted my pick-up spot 94miles away from Albuquerque, NM- to Espanola, NM. This was time consuming, four hours, and expensive gas.
