Darin KWhen we eft the lot we were told that all of the lights on the trailer were working except for one blinker which we could fix. We found out that none of the lights were working after we were too far to return the trailer. This was not on our end it was the trailer lights were the ones not working and we didn’t receive a refund or any compensation.

Cord CI didn’t know there was a difference in mileage not used worked extra hard to not use and time of not used. I returned with 200 extra miles and 3 days left in hopes of some returns like there is on in town use.

Daniel CIs there a way to make the floors less slippery? Every Uhaul I have used, the floors are extremely slippery. This place was perfect!
Sherry NThe customer service and assistance received at rental pick-up was very friendly, polite, helpful, and informative. Also, the truck was ready, waiting, already warmed-up for me, and was de-iced, as well. And lastly, the U-Haul website, automated text messages, and customer service agent were all really exceptional, helpful, clear, and very user-friendly and easy to navigate! It was an excellent rental experience, from the initial reservation all the way to truck return!!! I’d highly recommend U-Haul and this specific rental location!

KORY AFirst, clerk who was checking us out, had a horrible cough, and coughed into her hand, then handed us the keys. Disgusting, since we are preparing to move elderly parents. 1. Clerk said the vehicle was half full of gas.... It was not, it was less than half. We stilled filled it half way, since that is what we were told to do. 2. After loading U-Haul. It would not start. Called/messaged U-Haul as instructed on the agreement, we did everything they advised. Was put on hold twice for over 20 minutes. Was moving parents, one of which is in hospice care. Ended up moving after dark, which was not planned. Very disruptive to all involved. 3. No working tail lights. Front, brake and parking lights functional. It was a lot of inconvenience to all involved, very unpleasant experience with U-Haul.
Robert WIt was a great experience. The owner was so pleasant and inviting. We chatted for awhile to make the experience even more pleasant.
LISA SDon’t reserve equipment to find out the equipment isn’t available. I rented a trailer over two weeks before I needed it to find out it wasn’t even at the location i reserved it at. Why reserve it if it isn’t available !

Lizz NWe dropped it off on a weekend and they were closed. Wasn't sure where a good place to leave it... as it seemed like new soft dirt was there and some ditching. I hope it was an OK spot to park the trailer.

Kieran GI rented an appliance dolly and it was not in the truck. Tammy at Fast Graphics said I should be glad the truck was there cuz she had to leave company at her house to make sure the truck was there. I had to spend over 100.00 for an appliance dolly. She is not willing to buy the dolly from me. What a poor excuse for a rental outfit for Uhaul.

Orley GMy reservation was for Grand Forks, ND, having to drive over two hours to pick up a the trailer seems to be too far. This is the fourth time this has happened to me in the past two years. IF you had competition we would have a choice.
