Original drop off location was full and wouldn't take my unit. I went to a 2nd location, and they weren't there called, and they wanted me to wait 30 mins until they showed to get a look at the unit.

ASCENCION AI was told the man on the phone would be at the location I picked up Uhaul and he was not. I did not get a receipt, instead they sent it to my phone or email. I was not pleased!!!
