James GOur initial pickup location did not have the truck reserved. When we called UHaul to complain they found a location a couple of miles away to pick up the truck. The initial location the individual was rude and didnt care.

John MWe signed up for 24/7 share and our truck was not ready. We had to wait til the location opened. We had rented a furniture dolly online and they did not have one in stock. We were left with an awful utility dolly that barely worked and we still got charged for the $10 utility even though we booked for the $7 furniture dolly. It was overall a terrible experience.

TRISTAN GThe mileage was wrong as well as the gas hand and the truck was dirty inside the cab as well as the bed of the truck. My recommendation is that you all check your trucks before renting them out foe customers in the future and make sure the mileage is correct and gas gage is accurate as well

Ronald CI requested an appliance dolly for my move. All they had was a utility dolly. The price was not adjusted and I could not really use it to move appliance down flights of stairs.
