The two gentlemen who helped me at the counter were both friendly and informative. I would highly recommend Fast Track U-Haul. They're not rude like the regular U-Haul dealerships are. They want you in their to rent from them where is the other U-Haul dealership that I went to acted like I was bothering them. Fast Track was awesome! What really impressed me was that I needed the truck for another hour and a half and they let me have it without charge. I think they went beyond in customer service for me!

I filled up the uHaul not even one mile away but was still charged 8.55 for fuel. I know that's not much but I don't like it. That truck was full when I dropped it off.

I reserved a truck online. My reservation was cancelled unknown to me. Fortunately they had a truck when I arrived that I was able to rent. The back of the truck was dirty. It looked like it was previously used to haul packages of fire wood.

Booked reservation 10 days ahead of time. Called the day before and was told the 15 ft truck was there. I stressed the point that I needed dolley. The truck was not there do they sent my Son to another U Haul. No truck there. Then sent him to Clinton Yep. Got a truck but no dolley. Called Uhaul AGAIN about the dolley. They said they would reimburse me 10 that I paid for the dolley and $50.00 for the aggravation of not having a U Haul. When I took it back I was charged for mileage. My Son was supposed to Pick up by My house in Warren. Why should I have to pay for mileage back to my house from Clinton Twp because a truck was not ready near my HOUSE. Also he took Van Dyke to Lapeer because the freeway was closed ??? How Do YOU count mileage??? This was no small move. It was from Warren to Lapeer. My 9:A. M. reservation gave me a late start of 21/2 hours. I had family and friends waiting in Lapeer to unpack because I am elderly.....I paid your ridiculous fee for mileage that I feel I should not have to pay My moving experience was a nightmare !!!

Rude customer service. Stay away from Roseville store. Use St Clair Shores location if you must. But I will never use uhaul again
