On deaf ears, I'm sure. Let me first say I have two experiences to describe this time. My first reservation was made a few weeks before departure. The day before my cross country trip a reservationist called to tell me there were no trailers available. Sounded a little amazing to hear, but that was it. I asked again and the lady said there wasn't a single trailer available in Idaho, Washington, or Oregon. She continued to explain equipment isn't booked until the day before. Hard to deliver, right? That's what I thought. My reservation was then canceled the day before a cross country trip. I asked if there were any trailers in Montana or California. The lady informed me it ease the her area of responsibility. Why do I continue to return? After checking my reservation to confirm it was cancelled, I made a new reservation. It went through and I picked up my gear the next day, and made my 5 day drive without issue. Drop off point was amazing also. If I had another option to flush your company down the drain, I would. Provide the additional equipment requested. Missing the dolly I had on my order. I am not sure if this is up to the location or up to U-Haul, but the truck's alignment was dangerously bad. The truck drove an angle the entire time and I had to have the steering wheel turned about 45 degrees to the right just to be able to drive straight.Camelo D.
