Be sure to clarify two issues: 1) The exact miles limit with a map review of the drop off destination. (The reason is that I got different stories at the two ends.) 2) I was told at FCI that if more fuel was in the tank - a rebate! But at drop of told no.

The FCI front desk employee, a teenager, is untrained and unsupervised, especially on a Saturday where moving time is of the essence for a hourly rental. What should have taken 15 minutes to pick up the 15' uHaul truck took 45-60 minutes due to poor training, unfamiliarity with the system, slow computer, slow website, etc. and double charging me. I caught the double charge error, and when he tried again, couldn't take the double charge back out. We returned unused boxes for a return, as advertised, and the return still hasn't been processed after 7 days. I have no confidence with this local Uhaul establishment and will go elsewhere. Our first time at this uHaul, the truck leaked and damaged clothing and furniture. Given the benefit of the doubt, we tried our local vendor again. This is our 2nd time using this establishment and I cannot recommend it.

I was shocked at how low the mpg on my truck was. Wasn't expecting that much fuel use. Maybe should disclose approx fuel use up front.

I asked to receive three dollies and I only received one (there are pictures in my pickup and drop off information) and I also did not ask for furniture covers and they were included. Please let me know when I can be refunded. Thanks!

I didn't even stop for gas because the vehicle was TERRIFYING to drive. It was 100% unsafe. At about 50-60mph, the truck would start to wobble side to side, like it was ping-ponging off the white lines on the road (both loaded and empty). The steering was incredibly loose in this vehicle and it was not possible to straighten it without over-correcting, causing the vehicle to swerve side to side. It was the scariest drive I have ever taken. I rent UHaul trucks frequently because I use UHaul to carry my staging materials from job to job. I've had nothing but positive experiences up to this point, but during this drive, I was literally on the phone with my husband the entire time just in case the truck completely went out of control. I drove from my job site to the dealer, not even stopping for gas. I wanted to get out of that truck as quickly as possible. It should not be on the road. Please take this review to heart. The dealer was wonderful, but this truck needs to be pulled.

The customer service was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. I have absolutely no complaints and would readily recommend FCI to friends and family. Thank you FCI!!!!!
