The administrative assistant or office manager was a delight! Very pleasant polite answered calmly questions. Walked me to the van she made the time to ensure the text message I got to verify the gas and milage was working correctly. It wasn't, so thankfully she was there so I was able to verify with her what the actual milage and gas was so I was able to leave with my rental. Businesses need more human interaction with excellence and not electronics since it's apparent the verification process isn't working for uhaul.

My agreement said the fuel tank was 15/16 full. The gauge in the van was around 3/4 full (which I have a picture of). When I filled the van with gas at the end, I filled it so the gauge was closer to F compared to when I started. I still got charged for extra gas. Either fix the fuel gauge in that van or be honest with your customers about much gas the vehicle starts out with.

Upon arrival Federal Heights Storage said they would not honor our storage reservation through UHaul. Their employee was very rude and offered no assistance. We had to find a new storage company.

Everyone was so very helpful, specially Pearla. She helped me find someone to help me unload my truck. I'm 66 year old woman and tried to do it myself and couldn't. , so the help was great. LJ Brown

No one was in the store when I arrived. I called all the numbers no one answered. After an hour of calling and contacting uhaul. I finally found the employee. They did not know how to give me the keys. They told me I needed a 4 digit code for the drop box....then realized they were wrong. It took me 1 and a half hours till I finally got my truck....The gas tank was not full...it was even under 3/4 tank. The worst possible service....

There was confusion about pick up with my reservation as to where it was and the lock box did not work so I was not able to pick up my vehicle when I was supposed to the vehicle was dirty it had stuff on the inside I complained and was supposed to get at least a $50 refund because I could not get my vehicle when I was supposed to but I have not had any word or any site of getting my refund I am 100% disappointed and frustrated with my U-Haul experience. Note that as far as I can tell the person that helped me at the location who apparently doesn’t technically work for U-Haul she works for the storage company but takes care of the U-Haul things there was very nice and very helpful and very patient with me and worked very well with me I would recommend her but I have nothing good really to say about my U-Haul experience except that my truck did run and I was able to do what I needed to do

The truck was very dirty inside the cab and back of truck and im being charged for it which is horrible business practices but customer service at location was good very nice

The location was great. A little mix up with time they opened, but not a big deal. The original confirmation was the issue. wrong pricing, discovered at location with a nice adjustment to my final price. Not Locations fault. They did great

The two women in the storage office were rude and snotty. They were of no help at all. They didn't know the password so we could connect to their WiFi. We ended up calling UHauls 800 number and they directed us. This rental was for business use and it made us 1 hour late to our event!!

I would have given 5 stars but my final bill included a charge for a lost hand truck which I didn't rent. I only rented a truck by itself with no extras. I sent an email to U-Haul and was given the proper credit but it shouldn't have happened. Also, the interior smelled like someone had slept in it. Keeping the window down took care of it but the truck needed an interior cleaning. Otherwise, everything was OK.

Be available to release the rented vehicles on time. Do not schedule other business to take place during the time a customer has scheduled. OR make sure there is someone else in the office to handle the regular duties. I was late leaving my former residence due to the office being closed for approximately twenty-five minutes, thus delaying my move.

Convenient location, which was actually closer to where I was; glad my reservation was easily pulled up and honored, considering I was on a time crunch with my move and the van I reserved at another location still wasn't returned by that person using it. Was thankful for the assistance at this location I used instead in getting a van rental when immediately needed.

The signing. In process was ridiculous, the locator couldn’t find us, when we called customer service they told us we needed to download Firefox and be connected to WiFi. The uhaul location is in a crap part of town with no WiFi and I can’t believe they expect you to download a separate browser, non of which is on the website. The customer service was rude and told us we were the only ones to ever have these issues which I highly doubt. The whole process to get the van took a full hour and customer service kept saying there was nothing they could do. Finally we got manually checked in and we use the van and dropped it off the same night and called uhaul to make sure that was all he needed to do and they said he “was noted” in a very rude tone. I got 4 separate calls this morning asking if we still had the equipment we rented. They thought we rented a dolly, we didn’t. when I corrected them that we had a van and it was already returned and checked in over the phone, they hung up, then called back because they couldn’t find the key. My husband put it in the lock box where the woman on the phone told him to put it, but the yound woman on the phone was used to people dropping it in the door. It just seems like there has been no training or any idea how technology works. The whole ordeal was very frustrating and customer service was very rude. We won’t be using uhaul again.
