Glen AlibertiU-Haul completely botched my reservation that was supposed to be a one way from Coral Springs FL to my new apartment in Miramar FL with a drop off in nearby Pembroke Pines FL. Upon my arrival to my location to pick up the truck I was told they did not have my truck and a location was not assigned to me. After calling U-Haul to find a new truck the only option was 30 minutes further north and a rental in which I had to bring back. Instead on a 30 mile trip I got charged with an 82 mile trip at $1.19 per mile, additional fuel on both my personal vehicle and the truck. I made my reservation 1 week prior and U-Haul did not reach out to me prior to advise that there was an issue with my reservation. Since the company botched my reservation so badly I want to be reimbursed the cost of fuel on both the truck and my personal vehicle (at the same gas rate U-haul charges clients) and all mileage waived. The only thing I am willing to pay is the daily rental fee for using the service. Please open a customer action file immediately.
George NoukasI rented the Uhaul on a Friday afternoon 11/3 and the young lady was very polite and efficient. Early Saturday morning at 6 a.m., I headed to the storage unit I rent. Unfortunately, the interior windows of the rental vehicle have never been cleaned in months making it difficult to see, but I managed. I forgot the whole dirty thing until I turned the vehicle back to the Deerfield Beach, FL store Saturday afternoon. I brought the dirty windows to the male attendant working the desk. His statement to me was interesting: "Sorry buddy, Uhaul doesn't provide any cleaning supplies to us to clean the interior.... I indicated soap and water would do the trick, his response was "Most of our customers are not as clean as yourself obviously". What type of stupid answer is this??? Jennifer BurnsFront Blinkers Don't work, I even had an situation with someone on the road due to this which was very terrifying for me who is barely 100lbs. I also went to your Cocoanut Creek location roughly a month or so ago and they were not able to provide me with a van or an moving truck that I had reserved, I was told that I would be getting a credit towards my account for my next visit. When I got to your location in Deerfield, I told the front desk assistant and her response was that she couldn't look it up and there was nothing she could do about it, I would have to call or email U-Haul personally. I would like my credit refunded back to my card. and Id like to make a formal complaint about that worker as well, she was very unprofessional and disrespect to my partner who was very calm and trying to explain to her the situation since he saw it as we were driving. She honestly made us feel like she would have been doing something better with her day than help us for 2 minutes. Very stand offish, Very "ugh, i have to do that i guess" and I do have to say she did wave the fee due to the blinkers not works which is very illegal for me to be driving in the first place.

Jerome HolmesStaff must prepare things beforehand, when people move, they are already tired and in rush. Should they have our info already? When search my name? He said did you book 10” while we booked 17”, he said will you return tmmr?, when we booked, we already fill up when. We also booked the Dolly, they said it was there, and told me go check, nothing there, they said, oh, take it and tell me to do so? For real? That’s their job, so lazy and no service mind at all. Better find new job. Will never return and never recommend anyone to here.
