The U-Haul app was unable to identify my location. Luckily your representative was able to help and he processed my rental pickup and return the next day. He was extremely efficient and helpful. I am very appreciative for his assistance. My Thanks to him. R.

Make sure the vehicle is thoroughly inspected prior to renting it out to the next customer. The one I got was not clean, and they charge me for cleaning fee. The engine oil service light was on, and the rear turn right bulb is malfunctioned. I called the Feida Express and just hanged up on me, next call didn't answer the phone anymore. This is so unacceptable.

No one was willing to help me on the day of arrival in my pick up is delayed for over two hours. The contact hung up on me three times when I was calling to try to ask for help. I was overcharged for fuel and mileage, despite submitting receipts and photos, showing the fuel was more than when I picked it up. This location should not be associated with the U-Haul brand. The worst experience I have ever had.

Pickup was fine, though the woman checking me in kept chatting with her friend/colleague throughout - not exactly stellar customer service. I felt like an afterthought for her time working. Parking spot was a challenge. Picking up at 1pm was no problem as the lot was quiet, but upon return at 4pm, lot was very full. The space to the left of the U-Haul spot had a Range Rover poorly parked. I was forced to park over the line into the neighboring spot, making it very difficult for the owner of a small car to get in... but it couldn't be helped with the position of the Range Rover. Parking space needs to be bigger for a U-Haul van. The woman at Feida insisted multiple times that I adjust my parking, but I cannot and will not take responsibility or liability for potentially damaging nearby cars because the space is so tight. This woman was very insistent... I don't know why she didn't just move it herself. It was a very unpleasant finish to this rental.

Office hours are incorrect. Not open at all on Sundays. Signage is entirely in Chinese which I believe is illegal. Lockbox code was set and not scrambled. Anyone could have accessed the van key and the office would not have known if it was me or someone else who had the vehicle.

There was a man that showed up just after me also expecting a van ...but there was only one van. I'm lucky I got there so early and arrived before him, otherwise I wouldn't be happy at all. Make sure there's enough vehicles for the bookings you're accepting!

Honestly a terrible experience. Took me 1 hour to work through the mobile process (network and IT issues) and waiting for a verification call, which I gave up on and then 2 calls with the location people who could not help me and seemed confused at the questions and directed me to uhaul. I then had to make 3 calls with uhaul as the forwarding to someone that could help me was not working properly. The drop off process was better. Would avoid location …

Charged for cleaning despite not having any mess on the vehicle. All that was left was the dolly and page that were rented which the person did not tell me I had to clean up.

The location should be open and available during business hours. Items were not provided that were reque. Had problems locating the business and getting into the lock. Had problems all around. Very sad

Newer van with only 22,000 km approx. Staff arrived 5 minutes late but van was on-site & ready to go. I was able to leave within 15 minutes after signing 2 docs. This van has passenger side rear windows and rear back door windows and a separation screen with large circular holes which gave good visibility all around. Check out quick and no hassle. I would rent from this location again especially as I can walk there.

Although I found garbage from previous renter, I found the lady very friendly and helpful. Had troubles with the key drop off as no one was there to help, and the keypad was locked!!! I ended up putting it through the mail slot. Overall it is what I needed to do a small move.

Upon return I topped up the gas but was still charged for it. Unacceptable that I only drove 6km and the location charged me 6 liters of gas. PLEASE DO NOT CHEAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE NOT ALL FOOLS.

Location was closed / locked up (permanently?) - to be honest, it looked a little ghetto. Van wasn't obviously a U-Haul van, with no stickers or markings. Van wasn't especially clean, but was mechanically fine. It wouldn't be my first choice for a U-Haul pickup in future.

Well the location and the rental were just fine, but it took me 45 minutes to pick up the rental because it wanted me to log in with an account that I hadn't made using a link in the email that didn't work. Overall experience was pretty terrible, but the actual location was perfect.

The U haul number on the vehicle was not labeled & this created hell of a problem in identifying the vehicle & nearly spent one hour to talk to various customer representatives. This was very traumatic experience for us.

They told me I had to book online and could not rent the van in person, then they charged me the collision damage waiver when I had selected no online. Then after all that I was charged an extra 30km on the bill!!! I did not take a picture to prove that I did not use the kilometres they said I did so that is on me. I will not have to worry about this again though because I will never rent from this company again!!!

They have charged me twice for my rental, different amounts, on my credit card. Trying to contact the office to correct, but not answering the phone. Unacceptable how this can go unrecognized by the company. If I didn’t check my cc statement, it would’ve gone unnoticed, and the charges would’ve stuck. Would like this corrected ASAP!

The location is very convenient, but very hard to find. There was no sign on the building or on sidewalk showing the name. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and accommodating. I did find it odd that the van only had 3/8 of a tank of gas so I had to tank up at the beginning of my trip. Also, there was a used Kleenex and open fruit cup in the back. I wonder if the cab had been sanitized.

Your company is a fraud. On line booking, chargers are different and actually, invoice is different. so i never book you again. I have bitter experience with you guys.

They rent vehicles on Sunday but there is NO one there to give you the key or help you out. All the information on the 2 pages taped to the door was in Chinese except for a phone number and when I called the number it went to voice mail. The website showed I had NO RESERVATION even though I had a reservation number... so because they are too cheap to have a staff member there to give customer service... it Took me 45 min to get ahold of someone and she told me to call another number. Money grab!!!!! If you don’t care to organize to have a staff member there to give the key and answer questions, don’t rent the vehicle and just just take peoples money! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.. I will never rent from there again!
