Lynn SThe only complaint I have is that I originally ordered for pick up from the Kelowna, BC location. I was informed the day before scheduled pick-up that I now needed to go to Vernon (a total of almost two hours of driving OUT of my way), and having to be on a schedule to meet a ferry in Tsawwassen, this was a large inconvenience. Fortunately, I was able to pick up the day before, but this kind of last-minute switch-up is not good.

Nikki MExcellent customer service at Fermco uhaul. They single handedly saved my entire trip to BC to pick up my a car from being a complete waste after I came all the way from Edmonton Alberta to the uhaul on Enterprise Way in Kelowna, only to find out the had cancelled my tow dolly reservation and moved it to Kamloops BC (a 4 hour round trip). Thankfully the folks at fermco in Vernon BC were able to get me a vehicle transport trailer at the last minute! Top notch service. Anytime I need a rental in the Okanagan they will be the only people I'll deal with from now on.
ryan bOriginally booked the trailer rental at Fermco.....in order to guarantee availability....u-haul offered a different location in Kelowna. This was not convenient for me..........so as the pickup time got closer, U-haul was able to make a trailer available at the original Fermco location. Thx for doing that U-haul......will use u-haul again for sure.

MICHELLE GI was charged additional fees, for mileage and an extra day for no apparent reason. Even after using the app for drop off an extra day was added by the location and additional miles added. I then had to call and send a time stamped photo of mileage and drop off date.
Brent TStarting with full fuel tank would simplify refilling when returning.

B MPlease update your app, the online checkin and checkout process is absolutely horrible. Everything is very slow, doesn’t load, I spent an hour on hold just trying to do the check in so I could get the key out of a lock box.

darlyl smy first concern was that the drivers side wheel of trailer was past the fender and passenger side was recessed in fender. The trailer towed straight with no issues.
john dAs my move was half in daylight and half evening there was no light in the back of the cube truck which made it very difficult to see as the light was burnt out to unload the truck in the dark!!

Donna MThe Fermco location and staff were great. When U-haul head office called to confirm the contract they had told me the truck could only be rented for the one day when I requested three days. Then on the morning of the 25th Fermco called and asked when I was coming in. I said tomorrow morning at 9:00. She said that the rental was for today??? I told her I rented for the 26th. She said U-haul head office may have messed up the dates and that we could have had the truck earlier. Once again Fermco was great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Harreson LLocation for drop off changed 3 times. Was changed to a no longer working location then we had to call to find a location to drop off. Once at drop off location, female older-ish lady with long hair...she was above and beyond amazing. Very approachable, professional, and kind. She made everything all good in the end.

Tara RI would have appreciated knowing there was a mileage charge on top of refueling the vehicle. Last time I rented a U-Haul mileage was included from the beginning. Also I was a little surprised to find out there were no tie downs, which would have been helpful seeing as I was moving some heavier stuff and some lighter stuff.
