Nothing. What surprised me was that I actually got a full tank of gas that was actually full!!!!! It cost more per gallon, but half the price as the last time I rented to fill up the tank before returning the truck. They also let me leave my car at the facility, while using the truck. I ordered a 10' truck for today. I received an email that it was, â€œGuaranteed,â€ to be at Philly Beer & Soda at 8:00am. I was there at 8:00am, the trucks were there, but Philly Beer & Soda was closed. I could not get another truck till almost an hour later. This delay caused significant problems in my well planned out move. The only appropriate thing for U-Haul to do is to refund me a significant portion of my bill. Kevin O'GradyKevin O.
Couldn't pick up truck for 6 hours because they couldn't figure out how to use credit card Machene, tried all my cards and my wife's card. Then they made me pay cash with the deposit, when returned the truck they made me pay more cash without any receipts or explonation what the charge was for. A week later, they started charging my credit card for remaining balance that they say I have which I was forced to pay in cash, but they couldn't take my card at the time of picking truck up.. I was not advised that I needed to message the location when dropping it off. Because I was moving my things, I did not see the text until I was home after dropping it off. I had to call U-Haul (chat wasn't working) and waitEd on the phone for almost 30 minutes for them to notate the drop off. I was also not informed that my rental was only 4 hours. When I called about a reservation, I was told it was a 24 hour rental not 4 hours. I didn't pick it up until after 4. I don't know why I had such a short window of time. So that was frustrating. More importantly, before I returns the truck, I bought $4 of gas. I only drove it 24 miles. Somehow, they charged me for 3 additional gallons. Not cool! Unless the truck gets under 6 miles per gallon, 4 1/3 gallons of gas (In total) for a 24 mile trip is just ludicrous. Not okay! That's a rip off.Jean I.

Everything was simple and seamless. The location was well managed, and the process there was fast and efficient. The only trouble I had was when I needed to extend my rental period, and called the 800 number, I spent over 30 minutes on hold, waiting for someone to talk to. Once they were on the phone, that process was also very easy and fast.Sean B.

FES was able to get us a truck quickly when another U-Haul provider failed to keep my reservation. When I called to ask about keeping the truck longer, it wasn't a problem. They were very courteous and professional.Stephen S.

When you put hold on account for rental it shouldn't charge account. I was charged$ 157.68 on my account and was on hold for 4 days... when all I really was charged $67. Had to wait 4 days until $90 was put back into my account.. I shouldn't of had to wait 4 days for my money when I returned uhaul sameday.. for less then used.. my money shouldn't be on hold until I return uhaul. This way it gets change what the amount is not what was estimated!!!! All weekend I had to wait until Wednesday for my money to be back in account... very poor system you have.. and you guys dont take cash either!!!!!!!! Not everyone has credit cards to use... come up with a better way on handling money.....Tara W.

We purchased a mattress cover and were told by that we could pick it up inside the rental center, however they informed me when we arrived to pick up the truck they did not have the cover and in fact never stocked the it and were unable to contact another center. I did ask about this very thing during my confirmation phone call, which apparently does not come from the rental site.Patricia P.

Was charged an extra day for returning at 7:30 AM on Monday. Picked up at 8:15 AM on Sunday. Location was closed at 2 on Sunday. Also gas tank wasn't full. Drove 134 miles and filled up tank at end with 13.09 gallons.Kevin P.
