Billy SMake it easier to understand the gas gage because I ended up having to spend more money then I should have because they said the gas wasn't right when I dropped it off even though I put 2 gallons in it and only went 20 miles. I didn't feel like the uhaul vehicle got 2 miles to the gallon

Justin RCheck the tire inflation before sending trailer out for rental. Also carrier length needed two be 1-2 feet longer than what was okayed to tow per the website.
TODD CI needed a van quickly after an unexpected purchase. This location was recommended by Home Depot after I established HD had no units. I went to the location and picked up a 20’ unit in 15 minutes. The job was completed and unit returned in 2 hours. This was a great option and I will use in future as my goto solution.

MICHAEL RThe equipment was in poor repair. In order to close doors to satisfy the latches and sensors, they needed to be slammed. The vehicle rented has a clear issue with the gas pedal. The dead band of the pedal made backing into any where a chore.

Orianna BThere was a problem with the truck far as a broken muffler but the retail location was very quick to fix it and get me another truck. I did however take extra time due to this and I was charged an extra $300 upon returning the truck.

david rI was overcharged by the automated self return process by close to $50 and would like it reviewed. The gentleman at the store has great customer service yet no one was available after hours so I had to use the self return process. I was over charged upon returning the U-Haul truck on the Insurance when the original quote was way less and I even drove the truck 10 miles less than estimated.
Mario RYour website kept trying to send me to another location to pickup the trailer. You need to be better inform of what this location has to offer.
