This is a gas station I had to drop off my truck at night and the area was sketchy with people sitting on the road at night,I had to buy a lock because I did not trust this location.

I say that the customer should also check the condition of the truck with the employee. I had an issue with the tire but they were very nice about it and I wasn't charged . The employees were very friendly

The owner called me half way thru my time and said he was angry my vehicle was parked at his facility during an 8hr rental. I had to stop moving. Come pick up my car costing me time driving from Calexico. When I returned the uhaul with more gas than when i got it and less miles than I estimated. I was told they were going to double charge me. I said at 11:52 the owner called me from 909-905-7365 and told me I must come move my car. They did not care and double charged me. I will go back to El Centro and not use this location again. It was terrible to have to stop working and come move my car then get punished for the time it cost me to do that. I disagree with the double charge and your welcome for more gas and less miles. I will be sure to let my staff of over a hundred employees to avoid this location. I have businesses in Brawley Imperial Seeley El Centro ans Calexico. Lesson learned wont be back.

It was my first time using U-Haul and left me not wanting to use it again. They have the option of making reservations online, which is supposed to be user friendly and it made me end up paying so much for my trip. I was told at the U-Haul location that I could drop off the truck at any other u-haul location even if my paperwork said to return to the same location. Well, this was a mistake and it ended up costing so much money. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed with the service. After I returned it they were calling me back every 5 minutes saying I needed to pay extra for gas. Even when I drove it only 2 miles

The truck had a lot of roaches in it. Didn't notice until I started loading the next morning.

I was told the rental was for 24 hours but I needed to put a time just because it asks but that the rentals were all 24 hours. So I was under the impression that inputting the time was just to proceed with the rental. I was told it didn't matter really what time was chosen. So when I dropped the truck off later that day, I was surprised to be charged an additional day. Pick up at 7am, drop off at almost 4pm. Not even a full day. I was forced to pay or else they couldn't accept the truck back. It's a pick up in a gas station and there were numerous customers in line behind me getting angry. There was no other staff to help me rectify the unjust charge and I felt pressured to pay even though I disagree. I was told misinformation that resulted in me paying double the price for not even a full day's worth. I'm going to file a claim as I feel it is unfair to be charged 2 days when I didn't even have the rental a full 24 hours.

Be flexible w/time.. Truck was filthy, gas tank was left w/quarter of tank..The odometer isn’t accurate.. Was over charged

I’m not other than hire security? For ‘Location’ I really wanted to just give it one star, but gave it an extra bonus ONLY because of the you man that helped me. The location was scary, there was several homeless clearly tweaked out. One asked us for money twice and was hanging out right next to the truck we rented. Another lady kept going back and forth across the street, and got real close to us once screaming and yelling. If we were not so desperate for the rental I would have left. I know this isn’t your fault, maybe the only thing you can do is higher security. The guy that helped us though- he gets 6 stars and is super brave to be working there!

More choices of vehicles, was looking for a pickup truck but none available, other than that they are helpful and friendly, didn't take long for paperwork

I made a reservation a week before this and the employee was not knowledgeable of the system so I missed my job I had lined up so I'm just going to hope it don't happen again and that all employees learn this part of their job. never was reimbursed for the reservation not being met. Why wasn't something done about this?? With all my respect thank you.
