The back of the UHaul was not clean there was a metal fork, a used dental flosser/toothpick and some other pieces of dirt in the back. I had to clean it out before I loaded up my furniture.Tina V.

I understand maintaining distance during these times, but the staff wouldn't come out of the store, I couldn't go in, they didn't help my handicapped husband put the trailer on, hook it up, or anything. Also the site wouldn't allow him to upload pictures of existing damage.Amanda N.

Late to open and seemed like that just didn't care. Very poor customer service. Completed all info on line and paid before picking up and still took 20 minutes. No walk around the truck no nothing handed me the keys inside the building and said your truck is out in parking lot.wade V.

It's inside a pawnshop and the staff seemed a little disjointed about the uhaul part of things. Very nice, just a lot of different things going on. My gas gauge wasn't properly noted on the contract.Lisa C.

We returned the trailer Sunday night, but the online turn-in would not work once tried to submit pictures. Thus, we were also charged for the full 2 days--not to the fault of this location. This is a downfall for early returns and the hours of this location not working well for a return on work day.Heather H.

Reservation was for 9:00 pick-up. Store employee didn't show up until 9:20. I discovered that my reserved truck had a padlock on the back. Store employee was unable to remove lock with bolt cutters, so he attempted to set up a grinder with air compressor. Took 35 minutes to remove lock. Lost 1 hour of my time. The type of hitch on your trailers could be a better one. The screw down don't get tight for a good pullen trailer you get alot of bounce and jerking with itJames C.

I was told by an employee on the phone that they close at 4:30pm. I took two hours vacation to get there in time to pick up the trailer. Then found out they close at 6. That is money out of my pocket. Then, when hooking it up, the male employee stood and watched me do all the work, not offering to do his job. Not a good first time experience there. I am also getting tired of driving 30 miles round trip to pick up a trailer. I book well enough in advance that one should be available.ROBERT B.

Rachel was extremely helpful and she was very careing for a Post 09/11 and a widow of a Vietnam Purple Heart Veterans. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. This location was 40 miles and over an hour drive from my house. My preferred location was only 10 minutes. UHaul over booked the area and passed their poor planning on to their customers. I called to try and get a different location or size of truck and got laughed at for asking.Matthew N.

Even after I did the online check-in, it took FOREVER to get the trailer. They had no idea what they were doing and even made me pay $0.68 (not sure why there was a difference b/w what I paid online and what the system said I owed when I picked up). Overall a very frustrating experience.MATT P.
