vicki fInitially stated their Uhaul service was down, but soon got out their own work smart phone to get my reservation pulled up so I could get my truck. Easy going guys, but I know Uhaul isn't their main focus of business.
Lynn LUhaul changed the location to pick up truck and it was further away from my location, then they only gave less than 70 miles to do my business so I got charged an additional $30 for mileage which was about the distance between them and the position I started at... it's like an algorithm to get a little more mon ed y and time from people

susan cOnce again, no way to tell this was a u haul except there was a truck in the lot, otherwise I would have drove right by. And I'm a bit disappointed I didn't get to leave a review on the app. I get there are a lot of moving parts and you are trying to do your best but it didn't work very well.

RODNEY GWe were charge for 5 gallons of fuel when we had already put 3 plus in it. We only went a little over 18 miles in it. It was full when we took it , we put 26 mile worth of fuel i the Uhaul. They put another 32 plus miles worth in it and billed me over 35.00 for it. Am now waiting on a call from the district manager to talk about this, not only that when I went to return the truck the kid sitting behind the counter was asleep. Will never recommend this location to anyone I know.

James LI had to follow up repeatedly to ensure that my rental had been processed correctly. I wish I could have some $$ refunded due to the stress and taking time out of my day to contact U-Haul so I wouldn’t be responsible for the trailer I returned.
Patrick MI was not shown or made aware of the contract and did not sign a contract in advance. I was not made aware of any additional fees before hand. Receiving emailed contracts without my signature on the day that I was moving not knowing that they were being sent is totally not cool and unacceptable. Because I was moving, I did not check my email for days. The surprise DOUBLED expense on something I did not agree to is NOT OKAY.

Emilia KI would like to have a minuet and mentioned about important point. All the driver have small vehicle and they don't really know how to drive big track, if it's possible to have rear camera and some sensors, that will help alot to avoid crash or have accident. Thanks

Stacey GI received the trailer with water inside of it and it smelled like old cigarettes inside. The employee seemed out of it and was not very helpful. I asked him to charge to my credit card on file and asked to double check it was my Discover, to which he just replied "I dont know". He also didn't immediately come over and help me back my car, I just did it myself because I did not want to keep waiting. Not very professional. Did not make sure my brake lights etc worked once hooked up.

Larry LLittle disappointed that I was told the rental included a dolly, when we picked up we were told they had none. We were told we could go to another uhaul and get one. We had no extra time to do so. Ended up borrowing from a neighbor. However did have one at our destination.
CYNTHIA GUpon returning the truck, I could not get anyone to come out and do a walk thru to make sure we returned it in good order. Not that their was anything wrong, but I was a bit surprised how trusting they were. Overall my experience at all three locations was a good one, just a few little things that would have gone a long way with your customer service.

Todd LThe kid behind the counter was a moron. He didn’t seem to know what he was doing. When I asked if we were close to finishing the paperwork because we were on a deadline, his answer was just “I don’t know we have to put in the correct answers first” when I asked what that meant he replied “I don’t know, the answers aren’t correct yet” when I asked him to help hook up the car dolly he insisted we move the truck closer. I suggested he just pick up the tongue and move the dolly to the truck he looked at me and replied “I’m not picking that up” I also had a 20% off on my initial reservation but after changing the pick up location 3-4 times on me somehow my discount was lost. The boy genius struggled so much with the paperwork on the dolly it wasn’t worth my time to deal with him anymore. I’m only quite frustrated that after being assured of a close pick up location for the tow dolly I ended up having to go more than 50 miles each was in the wrong direction of my move to pick up the dolly. That alone cost me almost $50 in gas and what did I get for comparison? “We’ll add 80 miles to your trip at no extra charge” that was insult to injury.

joseph kThere was some black residue on the floor which got some stuff dirty.. that’s to be expected when moving though. Nothing is perfect. All the employees were super nice at this location as well.

AND at that location they had at least 5 trucks of the same size. I get some may have been spoken for, but not all, I am sure. So, to go to another location for items was ridiculous. AND we had to add oil to the truck about halfway through our trip as the oil light came on. After picking up the truck from a car repair shop? Really???
