The customer service representative I spoke with was very rude to me when I explained I needed to extend my time with the truck because I lost my moving help. I ended up unloading everything back into my garage and returning the truck when I had to instead of taking it where I needed to move when my help did arrive. So I spent over $100 for nothing because you guys wouldn't get another truck to a family that was counting on it.Heather M.

The online check in is very cumbersome. Pictures wouldnt accept, instructions for checking in not real clear. Got it done but took quite awhile.Patrick M.

Again, the drop off went ok, but i tried to do the self drop off after hours for which I received an email telling me I could. When I got to the drop off location, which actually changed on me twice via email notification, I tried to follow the instructions but the U-Haul website refused to acknowledge my location even though all location services were on on my cell. It was extremely frustrating. Luckily, the guy who owned the business was outside leaving and helped me at the end, but he also said U-Haul's website is terrible and people have lots of trouble with the location and self drop off so he understood my frustration. So, U-Haul really should step it up, don't you think? Sheesh.Deborah J.

I did not receive a final receipt after returning the truck. This is important for business customers. I am also unable to find a way to print a receipt from the app. During pickup the app froze several times and caused me to somehow bypass entering the initial mileage and fuel level. The app said I kept loosing connection even though I had good cellular coverage.Daniel M.
