My only issue is I was verbally told that the location was open until 7p by the agent that I made the reservation with over the phone as well as by the on site representative when I picked up the truck. However, when I returned the truck at 3:30, it was closed. It would've been good to have been told that I'd have to do the return truck information online because I initially had difficulty doing the online portion and had to call uhaul and have an agent talk me through it.ANDREA NAOMI K.

No one picked up the phone the day prior on 12/31 to find out if they were open or hours were different on New Year Day. It said open on the window when we got there, but no one was available. In the end it was fine since we were able to figure out the self return process.Shawn D.

The worker was friendly and helpful and the location was well maintained. However, I requested a truck for contactless pickup at 8am and I received the confirmation email for that time on the correct date. When I got there to check in a message popped up and said that I was scheduled for in-person pickup and they did not open until 9. This threw off my whole day, as it put me over an hour and a half behind on my schedule. It would have been nice to receive ANY sort of notice that my reservation would end up being different than requested. I will NEVER be using this location again.IAN XAVIER J.

I had a lengthy drive to Pittsburgh and an hour into drive as it became warm outside it became evident the vehicle had no functioning internal fan or air conditioner. The cab smelled of smoke and despite COVID-19, it didn't appear the vehicle had been cleaned. When I wiped down the steering wheel the towel was grossly black. Because I had to drive with windows down, there was excessive noise and I had difficulty following gps route from phone. I just received my bill with a charge for late return on 6/4 When the truck was returned to designated location evening of 6/2. When I tried to complete initial survey at pickup site, the web site seemed dysfunctional as I tried to message more detail. I should get a significant readjustment on bill because portion are incorrect and the basic functionality of the vehicle was not even in order!!!!Brien S.

Main issue was the drive way was completely covered in ice. Couldn't get my car up the drive way, so I had to get dropped off. I almost fell several times due to how slippery it was. Hope they plan ahead on this next time.Mitchell C.

I wasn't told the location would be closed on Sunday/drop off day. The instructions to drop off weren't clear without prior notice. I was unable to complete my return vehicle on my phone. My phone kept saying turn location services on to verify your in the right location, even after the location services were enabled and was in the right location.Evan K.

The worse experience ever. Incompetent people behind the front desk, one person there on a Saturday, office had about 8 people waiting in line for reservations. Employee gave me the incorrect code to return the truck. Was not able to open the gate. Waiting for over 2 hours for another customer to arrive, who happened to have the correct code. Finally opened the gate to return the vehicle and get back my car. Called the office the next day. Manager was rude, didn't care, didn't offer a solution, didn't apologize. The absolute worse customer experience ever. Would never recommend the location and will never use again.Kenny B.
