It would be nice to have an in-person contact at the site if problems were to arise while getting your vehicle. Luckily the manager at the site called the day before and agreed to be there in case any questions or concerns should present themselves, as some did.

This place was a total nightmare. It was an actual residence, not a business. There were no signs as to where to park the truck, there were vehicles all over the place, kid toys, bikes, lawn mowers...the driveway was narrow and muddy as well as the grass and yard (where some vehicles were parked) It was ridiculous - We will never drop off there again!

I met with Rob in his garage, which had a strong odor of diesel; there was no desk or counter. Everything was done on his phone & emailed to me. Rob was very nice & seemed to know what he was doing....it was just different than other UHAUL locations. Also, it would have been helpful to have a snow scraper in the truck.
