Great and no problem , the ramp is a little hard to park th uhaul truck backward .

Victor MYour staff was very professional
Steven WThe trailer was dirty and had a shipping pallet and some trash in it. The ball capturing hand nut was rusted frozen. Had to use WD 40 and a channel lock pliers to turn it. Their office reeks of tobacco smoke. And there was no one there to hook up the trailer; I had to do it myself.
