No one was there to open gate. We parked it and put key in drop off box. Would have been nice if someone let us know all was well. Tried calling but n answer and called 800 number but after being put on hold for over 20 minutes. We were very tired and did our best. We just went home.LYNETTE D.

truck broke and lost a tank of gas plus 2 day delay after they found the part,truck had less then 1/8 tank of gas sad sad, and the cat or dog hair what ever it was in this truck got in our eyes,this is the 2nd 26ft truck + car carrier and pull behind in the the last 2 weeks and the 6th since dec but it's the last one, no one at corp knows shit what a bad bad deal.Steven H.

The sign was open, I got there at 5:30, I called, and nobody answered. Nobody at the door, nobody at the phone, nothing. Uhaul cares less about customer service than any company I have ever interacted with.Vincent Y.
Online check in process took longer than going to the counter, which defeats the purpose. License and other documentation should be requested when the reservation is made and approved prior to pickup time for a seamless experience.Colin K.

Bought a ball and hitch from your Lakeland, FL location before leaving. The ball needed to be attached to the hitch and the service department did this for me. At the end of my drive to Colorado I discovered the ball had not been torched down properly and had nearly come off the hitch! There was less than half an inch of threads before it would have released from the hitch. Very alarming since I had gone over a steep mountain pass at the end of the trip with live animals in my trailer. I am hoping this is addressed so that no one losses their life over such a critical issue. I can provide the store where this occurred once I unpack everything and gain access to the receipt.Antara S.

Wanted to rent the biggest truck there. Done all the paperwork and go out to a truck full of German cockroaches. Then it took forever to undo the contract and redo another. The guy working there was super nice. But the whole process took entirely to long!TOBIE B.

This location seemed to be a secondary type of business for the location. Rough dirt parking lot, and not very large. Personnel were friendly and got us taken care of with a minimum of effort.Fred K.

Fix your system, I reserved a tow dolly and everything was apparently fine but when I showed up to get the equipment it said vehicle not recommended even though they had it on record that I had used it before with no issues. They had to change all the information just to be able to rent it to me which wasted over an hour and a half of my time. I ended up finally getting it and moved my vehicles at 6:30 in the morning and when I went to return the equipment they didnt even have the proper change to give me back my deposit.James S.

Very friendly staff, I went to 4 U-Haul dealers close by and this location was the best by far giving me information that I needed prior to rental. Quick and easy picking up and returning the rental. Will definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.Diane A.
Was to pick up truck and car hauler at 9am, not there, trailer not hooked up. Had to come back at 10, then wait longer. I had completed online Express check in, still waited over half hour for him to get paperwork reviewed and truck hooked. Pointless for Express checkin, would not recommend this location.Robert M.

The location provided, "Florida Integrated Health Services, LLC" leads to a pharmacy, also on Baker St. The confirmation email received from UHaul did not show the correct address; a quick Google search only brings up the pharmacy. Of course, there aren't any rentals at the pharmacy, and the pharmacy doesn't even open until a half-hour after the posted time. Once someone *did* arrive, I got directions to the actual facility. This turned out to be a business with the name of "Fast and Friendly Rentals", or some combination thereof. There was nothing to indicate that "Florida Integrated Health Services, LLC" and "Friendly Rentals" were the same location, and it was extremely unhelpful to not put the pick-up address in the confirmation email. A call to UHaul customer service for existing contracts took exactly 13 minutes before it was even answered. I was put directly on hold. However, when I called the extension to start a rental, the call was picked right up. Overall, this confluence of incorrect information and unhelpfulness by both the rental agency and UHaul caused me to be on the road over an hour late after I took the necessary steps to book online, check in online, and enter my personal information online to ensure an easy process. That being said, the lady at the rental agency was very friendly and helpful, and got me out the door very quickly. She was just as efficient when I returned. The trailer was also in good condition and towed nicely with my truck, empty and loaded down. The only concern I had was the VA license plate with no expiration date, but I wasn't stopped. If you choose to rent from here, be prepared to visit somewhere that's *NOT* "Florida Integrated Health Services, LLC" and has an address different from FIHS, LLC.Dan G.
