Bought a ball and hitch from your Lakeland, FL location before leaving. The ball needed to be attached to the hitch and the service department did this for me. At the end of my drive to Colorado I discovered the ball had not been torched down properly and had nearly come off the hitch! There was less than half an inch of threads before it would have released from the hitch. Very alarming since I had gone over a steep mountain pass at the end of the trip with live animals in my trailer. I am hoping this is addressed so that no one losses their life over such a critical issue. I can provide the store where this occurred once I unpack everything and gain access to the receipt.

Wanted to rent the biggest truck there. Done all the paperwork and go out to a truck full of German cockroaches. Then it took forever to undo the contract and redo another. The guy working there was super nice. But the whole process took entirely to long!

This location seemed to be a secondary type of business for the location. Rough dirt parking lot, and not very large. Personnel were friendly and got us taken care of with a minimum of effort.

Fix your system, I reserved a tow dolly and everything was apparently fine but when I showed up to get the equipment it said vehicle not recommended even though they had it on record that I had used it before with no issues. They had to change all the information just to be able to rent it to me which wasted over an hour and a half of my time. I ended up finally getting it and moved my vehicles at 6:30 in the morning and when I went to return the equipment they didnt even have the proper change to give me back my deposit.

Very friendly staff, I went to 4 U-Haul dealers close by and this location was the best by far giving me information that I needed prior to rental. Quick and easy picking up and returning the rental. Will definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Was to pick up truck and car hauler at 9am, not there, trailer not hooked up. Had to come back at 10, then wait longer. I had completed online Express check in, still waited over half hour for him to get paperwork reviewed and truck hooked. Pointless for Express checkin, would not recommend this location.

The location provided, "Florida Integrated Health Services, LLC" leads to a pharmacy, also on Baker St. The confirmation email received from UHaul did not show the correct address; a quick Google search only brings up the pharmacy. Of course, there aren't any rentals at the pharmacy, and the pharmacy doesn't even open until a half-hour after the posted time. Once someone *did* arrive, I got directions to the actual facility. This turned out to be a business with the name of "Fast and Friendly Rentals", or some combination thereof. There was nothing to indicate that "Florida Integrated Health Services, LLC" and "Friendly Rentals" were the same location, and it was extremely unhelpful to not put the pick-up address in the confirmation email. A call to UHaul customer service for existing contracts took exactly 13 minutes before it was even answered. I was put directly on hold. However, when I called the extension to start a rental, the call was picked right up. Overall, this confluence of incorrect information and unhelpfulness by both the rental agency and UHaul caused me to be on the road over an hour late after I took the necessary steps to book online, check in online, and enter my personal information online to ensure an easy process. That being said, the lady at the rental agency was very friendly and helpful, and got me out the door very quickly. She was just as efficient when I returned. The trailer was also in good condition and towed nicely with my truck, empty and loaded down. The only concern I had was the VA license plate with no expiration date, but I wasn't stopped. If you choose to rent from here, be prepared to visit somewhere that's *NOT* "Florida Integrated Health Services, LLC" and has an address different from FIHS, LLC.

My reservation was for 9am. The lady showed up at 9:35. The office smelled terrible and we were directed to a back yard to find and hook up our car dolly with no help. We found our dolly buried in weeds. Not having used one before, my son and I were trying to get it hooked up, in the rain, for 20 minutes.

First and foremost I reserved my trailer three (3) weeks in advance, because I was 1,200 miles (out of state) from home. Not only was my trailer not available at the scheduled pick-up location, but I was sent 30 miles away to another location with the promise of a trailer. When i arrived at (2) second location, NO trailer Available. It took a (3) third location to finally get a trailer. The quoted price i was given was not honored. It cost me almost fifty dollars more to rent the trailer. No APOLOGY for MY time and TROUBLE and no DISCOUNT offered. Instead because I was from out of state and they knew i was desperate, they CHARGED me more. I am very disappointed and displeased with U-HAUL!!! I will NEVER use or recommend U-Haul to anyone i know!!!

She didn’t say anything when we dropped off the U-Haul other than we were good. I got a phone call two days later asking for money that I already paid. Then she called back saying she figured it out but I still owe money. After talking again to her I still don’t know what I owe or why and have to contact customer service.

Signed up for quick delivery, pre-paid everything in advance and it took 1 and 1/2 hours to get the keys to the truck once I got there. Confusion about fuel discount and problem completing the contract online.

Have the trucks available when you have appoint to have truck at that Time and Place. We had to go to 3 places to get a truck . That's our gas and time wasted. Because our truck was not whether was suppose to be. We had to return it at location farther then was necessary. We have used Uhaul several times in past with no problems.

I reserved a 10' truck for 19.95 a day. Then you called me and said they didn't have one would I take a 15' truck for the same price. I said yes. Then I was charged 29.95 a day for the 15' truck. So you could charge people the actual rate you quoted them. That might help the next customer.

I was charged an additional 51.00 4 days after I rented the uhaul, Yhe guy forgot that we agreed I could drop the keys off after hours because it took sn hour and s half to get my rental. He said he would have the money put back on my card but instead, an additional 95.00 has been charged on it. I have now paid $238.00 to rent a uhaul locally for 6 hours. I am pissed to say the least!

Dropped trailer off after hours, poor lighting and no lighting at front of building. Uhaul drop box hard to find and see due to lack of lighting. Drop box was also sitting freely on a table, not secure. Was contacted via text by someone from this location inquiring about the drop off time, based on the date of the equipment rental on the paperwork left in the drop box at the time of the text the rented equipment was still within 3 day time frame, so the inquiry didn't make sense. However, it was no real inconvenience and the person who contacted me was very polite. If I had equipment I was returning that wasn't discounted returning to a larger location I wouldn't have a problem using this location, but not likely to recommend to someone else due to aforementioned issues.

The location was fine however I was given initially a different location which was changed and I was unaware of this change and it cost me two hours delay and movers waiting that I had to pay, also the car felt sounded like there was a transmission problem

Everything went great with the drop off! Who ever I spoke to on the phone when I called their after hours drop off number was extremely helpful and reassuring that it was OK to leave the keys in the drop box and that everything would be taken care of and it was!

Agent was nice and pleasant. He was not knowledgeable with the Uhaul site and my check took over 30 min. When complete and signed contract he showed me where trailer was and I was left to hook up trailer by myself. Always had great experiences with uhaul in past. Perhaps with a bit more training this pickup site will be better.

The only thing I have to say about the drop-off location is there was no one there and I had to call the pickup location to find out if it was okay to leave the truck and where to put the keys I could not get a hold of anyone when I called but the pickup location on Goldenrod was able to get a hold of them. They should have a sign or a # they can be reached at when there business is not open.
