I didnt have the equipment i asked for and paid for. I also asked for them to do a walk around to check the truck with me and I was left to do it myself. It was a waste of my time and money be cause with out the dolly I couldnt move what i needed to move.BRITTANY C.

Staff friendly & professional. On-site reservation process quick & easy; online reservation process... not so much. Must sign up for minimum insurance coverage or unable to continue to next reservation process. What if my personal vehicle insurance covers rentals?? However, overall, very satisfied with service and vehicle. Will definitely use U-Haul and this location again.NORMANDIE L.

For folks like me that don't rent U-Haul's very much it should never be assumed that leaving the rental counter I already know what is in store for the return of the gear or in this case truck. I came back went to return the key to discover I was going to get charged if I didn't fold the blankets that I RENTED for $10.00. Then I deposited the key only discovering that I needed to sign in to the online app to return the vehicle at the location which I DISCOVERED IN MY KITCHEN!!! AND IT REQUIRED PICTURES!!! ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME! So I GOT BACK IN MY CAR and TOOK PICTURES that couldn't be admitted because I never submitted the complete survey because I DIDN'T DISCOVER THE MILEAGE UNTIL I SAW MY EMAIL ON MY COMPUTER AT HOME. MIND YOU ALL THIS ANGST IS BECAUSE I'M TRYING TO SAVE A $20 (TWENTY) DOLLAR CONVIENCE,CONVIENENCE, (U FIGURE OUT HOW TO SPELL THAT) FEE. THE return was hardly that, it was a pain in the ASS! I DROVE THE TRUCK 33 MILES AND PUT 2.6 GALLONS OF GAS IN IT. I SENT THE PHOTOS TO THE REP THAT HAD ME CHANGE THE PICKUP LOCATION AT 7:30 IN THE MORNING AS I ASSUMED I WAS DOING SOMEONE A FAVOR AT THE LOCATION WHERE I HAD ORIGINALLY SET UP TO RENT FROM BUT WHEN I DROVE BY WITH THE TRUCK THEIR INVENTORY SEEMED TO BE UNMOVED. MAYBE IT'S A LOCATION AND PERSONNEL ISSUE I DON'T KNOW. WHEN IT'S ALL SAID AND DONE THE FOLKS AT THE COUNTER NEED TO EXPRESS THE NEED, NEED, NEED, TO TAKE PICS OF THINGS AND FILL OUT THE ONLINE APP BEFORE DROPPING THE KEYS IN THE BUCKET. FAIR ENOUGH! THAT'S ALL I GOT, SEEMS TO BE PLENTY! THE GUY THAT CALLED ME RECEIVED MY COMPLAINTS AND SOLVED IT ALL AND I WAS BILLED CORRECTLY SO NO FAULT ON HIM.. I WAS JUST SPENT AFTER MOVING KITCHEN CABINETS FOR 5 HOURS TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS, REGARDLESS YOU ALL SHOULD KNOW THAT COMMUNICATION IS EVERYTHING. EVEN PEOPLE AT AIRPORTS DON'T HAVE TO INPUT THE VEHICLES MILEAGE,...DOESN'T ANYBODY DO ANY WORK ANYMORE? CAN'T YOU GO TO THE RETURNED VEHICLE AND CHECK THE MILEAG AND GAS TANK? YOU ASKED FOR MY COMMENTS, YOU GOT THEM.....STEP IT UP AND COMMUNICATE!ROBERT L.

Hard time getting into lock box. And we dropped it off on the same day. They called(nasty person) said wheres the truck. I asked them to go look and she said no I'm busy. They said they would call back. Several minutes later, I got a receipt email for the truck. Before you call yelling at someone where's the truck. How about checking the lockbox and lot. UGHWilliam H.

The Lady in the office was nive and helpful. There is an older man there who has a nasty attitude. When he took the rental trailer of my vehicle he didn't say a aord. I ws left sitting the about ten minutes waiting for him to return. to finish undoing the trailer. He should have said thank or get the hell out of here so I would leave.. He also did not give me the light hook up attachment that I had to purchase because he told me mine was no good. the 1 I bought was no better. The tail lights on the trailer did not work. I needed the trailer so I took it without the tail lights working. I will never go back there and I will tell everyone I know to not go there.Carolyn C.

I reserved a 20 ft truck weeks in advance. Days before my move I was told only a 10 ft was available but I could have it for 3 days and at a discount. This worked out for us but barely.Scott H.

Better distance and time for pick up. Both of us in the household work during the day and we had to have this picked up by 4:30....and it was 45 minutes from where we live! We had to take time off work to go get the rental. FRUSTRATING. I called and they were no help. I asked for options and they indicated my option would be to cancel my reservation.sabrina S.
