Debra HLocation services are abysmal at this location so trying to use the app to rent the truck was frustrating. The truck was supposed to be issued in clean condition but was dirty, covered in bugs, and just generally disgusting. Speaking with customer service made the overall experience even more frustrating as they only complicated the issues further. Overall, I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone due to this experience.
Alexander LTruck was in great condition, easy to access, and the check-in process was very convenient. I received excellent customer service upon returning the truck. I would rent from here again and I would recommend this location to others.
Cynthia HI was charged for blankets and a dolly that I never received. The truck was filthy and only had 1/16 of a tank of gas in it.
Chris PLocation was closed but seeing me on security camera staff took initiative to call my cell phone to instruct me on where to drop equipment for later check-in. Very helpful!

LOUIS GCharged a cleaning fee after 2 day rental. Car returned within mileage, with all equipment rented, and above a quarter tank of fuel. Truck returned in same state of cleanliness it was picked up in. Staff did not inspect truck immediately after dropoff. No cleanliness issues identified when dropping off the truck.
Aaron BMy suggestion would be to have designated parking spaces for customers other than down the street.
Robert MDropped off trailer on scheduled date and no one was there (Saturday afternoon at 2 pm). They charged us for 2 extra days and told us they were there on Saturday. There was no one around on Saturday. Luckily we had called customer service and we had back up to show along with pictures of drop off but guy at this location is not to be trusted and lies.
Kim PIt was a little odd to drop off a truck and car transport and I have to pack it into a lot with no staff on site to assist. I actually started out at a different location, in Cameron Park. I had called ahead and was told to go there. In fact, I even called twice to verify and confirm that that was in fact the place I needed to go. I was assured that it was. When I arrived at Cameron Park, I was told there was no room for the truck and that I had to go somewhere else. Miscommunication.

Lloyd DThe boxes were not ready at the scheduled time despite confirming the time with Tom the day prior. They were about 1.5 hours late and caused us to pick up box 3 about 5 hours later. Tom was very nice, but he was extremely busy that day. He was all alone and things were getting longer delays as the day went on. Aside from the initial delay, everything was very good.
Lynda GThe truck was on empty, I had to put $40.00 into the tank. Made the tank half full. Tom stated he would give me the credit, for the gas, but did not do so. I would not recommend anyone to this location, it was stressful. I was supposed to get it at 7:00 am, with someone at the location at the time. That is why I went there, but no one was there. Tom helped me online.
Kristie SI was to return truck by 8:00am, store didn't open until 9:00. Left key in slot. Then they charged me for extra day, which UHaul did reverse after questioning. Glad I looked at the e-mailed receipt. 2nd below average encounter with this store. Recommend w/ caveat...

Luis CWhile the location filled my needs and was efficient I can't say the same for Uhauls business practices. In less than one months time I was overcharged a day for a local 10' rental and then to top it off I was charged for an extra moth on a Ubox that was emptied at the Uhaul site one day earlier than my rental contract renewal. You guys have to tighten up on your reps business / technology acumen.

LESLEY POur experience was marred by the fact that when goods arrived in destination town, they could not be unloaded due to no forklift driver. It was turned away and our items traveled on truck for another week before it was delivered. During this time uhaul had a hard time knowing where our items were or when they would arrive. Extra week of no furniture or clothes out a lot of stress on the family.
Freeman CThis was the alternative drop off location since the first location (Folsom Fuel) REFUSED to accept the truck due to U Haul scheduling error. Foothill Storage: Night time drop off - parking lot was crammed full of trucks and trailers - no place to park without blocking front of driveway or down the street 1/2 a block.
Cindy SVery small location packed with trucks and trailers. Location was convenient for me and I had to back my auto transport into a very tight spot. Fortunately I have a lot of experience pulling trailers but someone with less experience would have had a difficult time.

MICHAEL GTruck was dirty. Inside there was dirt everywhere and the ramp had dried mud all over it. Plus I put gas in the truck to exactly where it was when I picked it up (I have pictures) and I was still charged over $10 for gas.

Tajsha CI am very disappointed I got overcharged for going a few more miles than I was supposed to which is not my fault due to the fact of Mother Nature. Now my account is overdrawn and I got 3 $35 overdraft charges I’m not happy. I also put a lil more than a 1/4 tank of fuel for them.
SHANE BThe lot was full and very difficult to park in. The lot was closed 2 1/2 hours before it was stated on the website. The guy charged me for not folding the pads!!! I returned the pads unfolded JUST like when I received them from the pick up location. He was an asshole!!!

Venkata SMy second experience with you all was amazing in both directions from California to Arizona Arizona to California I only had one piece of furniture that was broken from the move which is expected I will talk to them about a claim for replacement other than that everything was wonderful. I had insurance and the chair is only worth like $100

Raymonde MSomeone needs to be present in the office during business hours. Half the time, there isn't anyone there even though it's within business hours. Also, if you forget to top up the fuel, they charge $25 per gallon which is gouging the customers wallets, especially during this economic turndown / recession we're all in right now. It's also not a very nice looking place and appears run down. However, the trucks were in good shape and got the job done. The lot is very small which makes it difficult to turn the larger trucks around, if need be.
