Truck is old and passenger door did not close well. I ordered blankets but they had none for me, which was a huge problem since I was moving wood furniture (lots of it). the manager was nice but the equiptment and lack of blankets was not acceptable. When I make a reservation, make sure the truck is there or at least call me if it is not. Or at the very least, keep your promises on the deals you offer for not having met the reservation.Nathaniel B.
Truck cargo area was not clean. Truck was damaged and was told there was no alternate and to call roadside assistance, which I did and had no luck either time reaching an actual person. Had issues with my bill as well and the charges were not reversible so was asked to stop by instead.Jennifer H.

The customer service was the "BEST" I have experienced by far! A few month back I rented a Uhaul at the Raymond location in Pasadena and their customer service was "TERRIBLE" i called to complain and NEVER got a call back to even should concern. Placed a reservation online, got a call the day before my pick up date to inform me there was no available truck. After many back-and-forth calls with U-Haul they found me a truck and trailer but it was an hour away from where I needed it and we're unwilling to help me get the truck or even compensate me for their screw up.Joshua D.

I arrived at 3:57 to drop off as the guy who ran the location was pulling out. I know I would ha e made him stay longer with the check out process but I was disappointed the was leaving early as the location was continent to my location. However the location has parking that requires precision and motor skill then i have when backing up a 35 foot truck. The gebterntlemen who was leaving the office as i pulled up did not respond to my waving at him and trying to communicate with him. Between my responsibilitie for the additional gas the disappointing staff leaving a few minutes early and the difficulty parking i would not recommend this location. Also I would not recommended booking online as this did not work out in my favor. I would appreciate additional compensation or a reduction in the price.Kalvin C.

The location was fine and the gentleman attending the location was good. My only real issue was the mobile website and that experience was not good. It was very difficult to navigate and check out was much more difficult than it needed to be and that is really only due to the below average layout. it was difficult to find the confirmation primarily because I had to sift through all of the ads or accessories that you are trying to sell. The return process was worse. The application was slow when I had good connectivity at home, and terrible when I had poor connectivity at the pick up location. Make it a good and efficient check in / check out experience and you will make much more money than trying to sell add ons which makes it a bad user experience.Bently A.

First of all, I agreed to a 68$ charge upon arrival which I signed for. The gentleman never gave me a written contract and also stated that he was off at 3 pm but the gate would be open 24 hours. We dropped off at 6 pm with no worries in the word since the guy did not once say we would be charged for an extra day if we passed a certain time I'm assuming?! This was by far the most unprofessional transaction of renting a vehicle trailer. If I knew in advance of a time slot to drop off and not be charged double I would have met that agreement. DONT RENT FROM UHAUL! If u do make sure you get a actual freakin contract from the place renting to you. Upset is a understatement.Adrian J.
