Robert NThe store was “closed” when we arrived to pick up our rental. The number listed on the door went to an unknown voicemail. We had to call the uhaul number online to get ahold of her and wait for her to come to uhaul so we could pick up our rental.

Richard FThe customer service people in Kansas City (I believe) were absolutely awful! They threatened to cancel my reservation. They were rude & terrible to dea with. I was not allowed to speak to them. The dodge City office was great.

Kenny JCharged me 25.00 for cleaning ridiculous. Perso running uhaul wasn't even there. Had to wait an hr to even rent it. Very disappointed.
Dana PI wasn’t offered a discount for bundling truck and autotransport dolly. I requested an open drop off but agent put a specific location in paper and it happened to be the furthest away from our house. Paperwork was confusing and a mess in computer, think I was overcharged. Didn’t receive copy until agent came later because printer at the office wasn’t working.
