EUSEBIO ROverall happy with the service i got, would just recommend doing the fixing when you can and if you can. Example, the center console on that chevy was stuck closed and I was worried I would be charged for it. But I wasnt, and the uhaul guys were total champs about it.

Jesus MIt's a small place but, I definitely recommend Hunter Automotive. The person who helped was very nice and explained everything to me in detail. Picking up the truck or returning the truck was not a hassle, they are very friendly. Truck was well maintained and I didn't have any problems at all when driving. Thank you....

Virginia C1. Vehicle was not ready when it was supposed to be. 2. Dealer requires an added "anti-theft tax" of a utility bill receipt because of my address. This is not appropriate and should at least be expressed to customer prior to arriving for the vehicle. 3. The inconvenience adjustment I was afforded was not applied until I had to make another follow-up phone call. 4. I don't feel this location values repeat customers. I recently rented a vehicle 5 months ago and was still treated as if I was going to steal the vehicle.
ROBERTO gJoe Hernandez the worker at 7390 Gateway Blvd E was TERRIBLE! He charged me for whatever mileages he wanted he seriously just told us we were going to be charged $60 for a $20 in town use… and he didn’t even check to see how many mileage we actually used.. HES A THIEF !!! And very Rude for no reason! Cursing and arguing very unprofessional! It’s disappointing to see how Uhaul accepts sale representatives to treat customers with no respect. I trusted and used the services of Uhaul for 25 years! And till this year I have been mistreated and taken advantage of by so far two uhaul salesperson at two different locations but Joe Hernandez was by far the worst most unprofessional a**hole I have come across and done business with. I regret using the services of uhaul at this location, I’ll do business elsewhere next time.

Juan GI had no idea and did not read anywhere on the site that I would have to live in the city im renting in or show proff of residency to rent a uhaul truck. This was tedious and stole time from my rental. If you move in to town how can you show proff of residency in a week or less? And why does where i live matter when you have all ID info cell email ext. To find or contact me.
