Service was excellent. The truck had a missing gas cap, check engine light on, and the box was dirty and needed to be swept out before I could use it. It was an older truck but it performed well.THOMASCRAIG B.

Pick-up was fine, drop-off was a mess. Guy didn't tell me to check out online at all. He just took the keys and told me I'm good to go. I would've been charged so much if I didn't figure it out. Not helpful.PATRICKBROWN M.

I was quoted at $190.00 for the trip by U-haul's website, which was then confirmed over the phone with the Pickup locations representative. Upon my arrival charged $212.00. when I expressed my concern with the > 10% price hike, I was assured that I would receive a partial refund when I returned the U-Haul later that day, as I was paying for a two-day rental but would only need it for one. I did not receive any such refund upon my arrival, and it was explained to me at the drop off location that my pickup location had mislead me to believe I would be refunded anything for my one way rental. I'm extremely disappointed in the disingenuous treatment and sales tactics used during this whole experience.MICHAELJOSEPH B.

I paid for two furniture dollies, yet none were available when I claimed the truck. This caused my move to be substantially more difficult than if should have been, and I needed to move several large pieces up an incline. No solution was offered - I just got to pay for equipment that U-Haul failed to provide.Andrew S.

This was not the dropoff location I agreed upon when I pickup up the truck and made the reservation. Wayz took me many blocks from it and had trouble finding it. No Uhaul sign to be found and thought it was the wrong place, especially in the dark. Once I realized it was the place, the dropoff was fairly easy.MIchele H.

Lazy representative, van had dirt and dust on the inside. The guy has his own personal belongings inside the van which we had to wait for him to remove. Would not let us drop it off at another local location.ben G.

The site I requested to pickup was changed -- OK, but it didn't have all the equipment I needed. I had to go to a different site to get the blankets and dolly. More time and more miles. Delay When reservation was moved by the schedulers they changed my reservation return date from 8/20 to 8/19. It caused a big issue -- I didn't not request the change, but spent an hour on the phone with customer services who kept saying "I had requested the change, when I had not."Teri C.
