the fella at the place is great, would definitely rent there again (as I already did recently). easy going, explains all the charges up front, there are no surprise charges on the bill.

Even though I drove straight from the (2nd choice) pick-up location to my house, then to my new house, to the gas station, and to the drop-off location with no other stops, I was told that I had gone over the allotted mileage. That's completely ridiculous. The guy dropped the extra charge, and I was appreciative. I don't appreciate UHaul trying to nickel and dime customers like that. There should be an allowance for mileage when the location is changed, and a few extra miles allowed for stopping to get gas.

The operators are unfamiliar with mobile pickup, so you might want to give them more training. The number for U-Haul and the roadside service need to be included in the mobile app. I had to use the website to locate the numbers. Also you should be able to access your contract in the mobile app.

The man who helped us was not very friendly. He handed us keys and pointed to a truck across the parking lot that still had the back open and said “I think that’s yours over there” and then walked back inside.

This location was about an hour further away than the location in Cashiers. Cashier location refused to accept the trailer. After that it felt like we were in a Tree Stooges movie. We called your “ help line “. three times. We’re on hold for a total of 37 minutes. When someone finally picked up , they gave us the number to “ customer service “. We said “ that’s you “. She hung up.You all are fortunate you don’t have any competition. Pathetic. The pick up dealer is great. The dealer in Cashiers,(Paisley Mtn) ?has been way less than great on this trip and in the past. I know, you’re sorry for sorry for our experience. Do something about it!
