The unit could have used some general up keep. Wires sticking out on the cable hookups to the vehicle, (hard on the fingers), some lubrication on the ratchets and slides for the ramps. Not big things, but if it was my car dolly, those things would be done.

The truck was clean and well mainained except for the door pocket on the passenger side. There was a piece of glazed chicken nugget of some sort in it.

Customer service was very helpful, one of the attendants sent a link to the self-checkout video which was greatly appreciated as I had never used the app before. First round of pictures on the app didn't upload, but no problems with the location, the app was slightly buggy on first attempt of upload.

Everything was great and easy to do. The mobile pick up was easy. We were able to fit everything with space to spare and only had to make one trip. Van was comfortable to drive.

Proper customer service. Don’t push long distance trip with a low pressure tire and tell me its just a glitch. Don’t try to give me a truck with NO Gas and when i tell the guy I want a different truck without an error code to drive off and spin a cookie in a dirt parking lot while i am standing there. Worst service ever! Will never use uhaul again or recommend it to anybody.

The pick up and drop off locations were fine. The problem I had was that the auto transport was not compatible with my vehicle, even though I submitted my vehicle type when reserving it. When I tried to call for a refund and to drop it off, the customer service representative was rude, unhelpful, and said that I wouldn't be able to get a refund. As a customer experience professional, I would give Uhaul a very low score for their customer experience.

They went beyond the call of duty in acommodating my situation and were flexible and resourceful in working out paper work The main staff trained in U Haul website was off day of return but rest of staff worked hard to figure out solution and were very gracious about it.

I was told that if i were to return the uhaul at an earlier date, the money i paid for extra days will be returned to me, i was lied to and lost about $200 with this service

Not rent a truck with a slipping transmission, steering issues, and oil problems that gets terrible gas mileage and is missing a passenger seatbelt latch.
