Everything was done perfectly......
William FI booked a week in advance for a box trolly and a furniture trolly. Neither were available and I was told that the warehouse had none. I had to do an apartment move on my own which was hell without them. There was a FULL week's notice of this booking (not 24 hours) and I was told this was known two days beforehand. I could have cancelled and gone elsewhere to either another U-Haul or company. Pointless booking here again if I need reliability.
Marc JThe vehicle was parked in a restricted parking Zone with a parking ticket on it when I picked it up. When I returned it there was no area to park it. I had to drive around until a spot out front was available, and the spots available were only for 30 min max.
Aaron RThe location is really awkward and a bit dangerous to back out of if you’re not used to driving a big truck - which I assume most people are not. The store associate didn’t do a great job at representing uhaul (no attempt to be cheerful/happy to help) and just pointed in the direction of the truck. This was not my originally chosen pick up location and was disappointed to be dealing with a non uhaul business.
