The people running the rentals had no idea what they were doing. It took me a long time to get in and out because they had to keep looking things up. They didn't take readings for the starting gas or odometer and had to do so myself to protect from overcharging. I will never use this location again.

The guy that was there took 1 hour to give me my rental. He didnt understand the questions on the computer and didnt understand what I was telling him.

It took an hour to get the truck. Plus I made a reservation and it was cancelled (not the location's fault but U haul.com)

Small gas station and basically a drive off point. The gentlemen that helped was great but he was the only one around and also had gas station customers etc.. to take care of.

My rental was not ready until 9:00am when my pick up time was at 7:00am. Maybe someone else should be there specifically for U-HAUL'S and not the gas station people since they seem unreliable.

He rushed me out. Didn’t explain my charges. Also, he gave me the wrong receipt and charge the wrong person. Had to call U-Haul 1-800 number. To make sure I was not over charge when the other person came back. —never again!!!

This was the worst experience! The cashier had no idea what he was doing. I started my reservation. Then after had to call customer service to end the reservation. Followed by deleting my photo Id off his phone that had several other ids on it. Horrible!

Cashier had no idea what he was doing, he had me come behind the counter to do all of the computer work, and when he couldnt figure something out he called his UHaul rep and handed me the phone instead of talking himself.

Terrible service. You can train the staff properly so the customers don’t have to do the paperwork for them. Also maybe teach then not to let the customer feel threatened!
