MAXIE CU-Haul rental sites should be required to submit details of cleaning prior to rental or make note of the lack of cleaning in the paperwork and not charge the incorrect party a cleaning fee

Jason FKeep tenants informed of rate increases and maintenance. Have better security especially for outside bathroom, entry gate, and lightings of all units. Very dark along back of facility. Lights don’t work. No refunds. No auctions

CLAIR WToday is Tuesday, October 11, 2022, and I still have not received my refund from the $100 deposit paid at the time of the rental even after receiving an email stating that I was only being charged $19.16 for additional miles on the truck.

walley kThe trailer had trash in it when we went to pick it up. When we pointed it out the guy working told us to clean it out before we turned it in. Very unhelpful and unfriendly. Almost seemed inconvenienced by us patronizing his business. Disappointing.
Stephen EThe vehicle has low tire pressure, needed oil change light was on and there were roaches in the front of the uhaul. I did not want to eat anything for the duration so to bugs. I had to stop and put air in the passenger side tires. Not maintained well as I would have thought.

Anthony WMy rental experience was excellent. Very smooth and easy, and being able to hire movers through uhaul was awesome. Good Feet movers worked with us on scheduling, were right on time, and did an awesome job unloading our trailer. I would definitely use this service again.

lee tWe rented a 26' truck for a move from Texas to Georgia. We averaged 6 miles to the gallon sometime, just three. Not even close to the average miles per gallon that it says. Of course, this added greatly to the expense of the truck rental.
