We dropped off at night time. I didn't have my uhaul for the time I had rented it for. Tried to call them no answer.

Ann OOn the website it stated that this location was open Sunday from 9-12 and then Monday was 10-3. Since my husband was the only one on there to drive we returned Sunday since he would be at work on Monday. No one was there and it stated on the door that it was closed on Sunday along with that it was a reservation/appointment location only, not what the website stated at all. It was a muddy mess all over the place out there. We did not expect that and thankfully didn't get mud all over our 2023 truck. I would have been highly disappointed if we showed up there to get a trailer as they were in the mud and then would have to get them out, although maybe if you had an appointment it would have been moved into the driveway instead.
Benjamen HMy decision to rent the trailer was at the last minute. I can not express how helpful the gentleman was that helped me or to the fact he was such a wonderful person. I can't thank him enough for helping out when he was already so busy with snow removal. Thank you!!!

Thomas WIt was not that easy to just pick up the truck, the app is a pain. The truck was very dirty and the packing blankets were thrown in a ball:( We cleaned the truck and shook and folded the blankets in a nice pile so the next people would be happy with their experience.
Timothy RI reserved online and did the prerental stuff ie downloading copies of my license I had declined the rental insurance but when I got to rental spot the owner redid my info and charged for the insurance I'm not happy about that.
KYLE EThis location was nice. Person was helpful. The was barely any room to put anymore trailers and stuff parked on the road. I did like that they had almost every trailer option. That will be nice for the future.

Dale TIf the container is going to be late after you announced the arrival window, Keep the customer accurately informed. It was two days late with changing arrival windows that kept us on standby and guessing when we could unload. Too many phone calls initiated by the customer being told to call the contractor. The contractor said it would be delivered and then turned off his phone. It wasn't delivered that day. Another day wasted sitting around waiting to see if "this was the day."
There was no one on site and U-Haul ap was not working. I had no idea what trailer to take or if I had to do anything else.

eric dThe local people in WI did not register the ubox return when I dropped it off .. I got billed another 89 dollars when I found out (from the auto bill I did not ask for) ... they finally registered it and I did not get credited my 89. I am calling them (again) and if you don't credit me I'm going to dispute the charge with the credit card. There was a hole in the side of the ubox when it arrived (looked like a fork lift). I had my own insurance but that sucked. Your finding a trailer was ridiculous and I finally had to go half way across phoenix to actually get the trailer I reserved after multiple mess-ups by your various call centers.

Mark MWhen someone's going to a different state, moving, make sure upon pick up the customer knows exact drop off location. Otherwise both pick up and drop off locations people were very pleasant. Thank you very much
Brenda GPick up and drop off locations closer in Johnson creek. This location was filled with mud, and uneve. Ground. When I went back to pick up my car, it was blocked in with uhaul vehicles.

Brian CThere was less than a 1/4 tank of gas, which isn't a big deal because you have to stop to put gas in at some point, but it is usually full or close to. Thesefore, when you are driving a far distance and didn't plan on it right away its a little frustrating. Also, pick up wasn't as smooth ad other times I have rented and so overall I would just rate it the experience as okay.
Adam CBob was amazing! He helped me get the car hauler off the truck. He was able to give me great advise for people to help unload my truck. He asked how my drive was and if there was anything he could help with! AMAZING SERVICE!!!
tracey jWe had a hard time getting the keys from the people working as the couldn’t hear us knocking over their music. The truck was nearly out of gas when we picked it up. We did not get the dolly we paid for (utilities when we asked for appliance). The ramp did not work well. The clvehicle could not go over 45 miles per hour easily and wouldn’t go above 55 at all. I will look for a different rental location in the future.

Aari RNo. It looked like a repair shop and we didn't even want to pick up from there. The original request was Ft. Atkinson. Once we picked up 26' truck, the truck shook and felt like it was going to fall apart.
Stan PWe were screwed over by this owner. We first ordered a one way that included 50 miles. He convinced us to change to a round-trip, which was closer to 100 miles. He wanted his truck back in his lot. Didn't care what was best for the customer. We used this second option, and paid for the 90+ miles we used. We also were charged for 40+ additional miles based on the first order he said would be canceled. No one from his business or UHaul has been willing to help or even communicate with us. We are doing our best to discourage anyone from using this franchise. There are other options in our community.
Brian MI would have the owner of this UHaul location not park semis in their parking area blocking the driveway. I could not park in their parking lot and had to park the UHaul on the road! It was not very well lighting up the area at night. There was another person that reserved a UHaul and couldn't get their UHaul because the semis parked their truck in. They were really frustrated! It was like a used car lot with vehicles parked all over the property. I also had to call the main UHaul phone number to let UHaul know that I couldn't park in their parking lot. I had to wait over 20 minutes on hold after a long day moving my daughter and son-in-law into their new house! I couldn't take clear pictures to check in the UHaul truck because there were no lights in the front of the rental place because I had to park in the road! Dropping the UHaul off at this location was a very frustrating experience!

Shawn SI put stuff in my pod but was not done loading it. I made sure I was going to be able to get into my pod because I had it for a week before it was going to ship. I come on Labor day and can't assess my pod as it was wrapped and made ready to ship. It was parked so I could not open to get in it , the doors were blocked. So I had to reschedule my shipping. Than I was one day over for my rent so you wanted to charge mw for another month for something that was not my fault and I had to call to get this fixed and still don't know if it is.

Bradley LI read the other reviews about people not being there, so I called before I arrived to make sure that my rental was there. I was told that 2 people are gone, but my rental is ready for pickup and that someone will be there to help me. However, I arrived to an unlocked door with the lights off and no one in the shop or office. What a joke.
Levi SDidn’t have the size truck we requested, everyone there seemed really stressed and disorganized, but were apologetic at least…we still got a truck and we’re able to get everything done.

joshua kNo where did we see in contract refilling car with gas nor were we told. The people at this location were very accommodating as we originally were picking up in Lake Mills and were told by uhaul it was registered incorrectly. When we called uhaul we were cut off and when we called back it said it was a45 minute wait time. My daughter eventually contacted some one in Lake Mills with a post on Facebook but we were already on our way to Watertown to get truck. Overall a very stressful experience

Kathleen PUHaul wanted us to go to a different location farther away, but this location was able to take care of it for us. I'm not sure why I wasn't able to choose this location myself--we were automatically assigned to the location that was further away.

amy bWhat kind of company let's people reserve more equipment than they have available? What kind of insanity must you possess to let someone believe they have a truck ready for them but have no intention of having one ready? I had to drive an extra 3+ hours.

Jessica DNo one will argue, the place is a dump, don’t get me wrong. Not exactly sure if it’s literally a junkyard or what. I was in a jam and needed a truck fast. Based off the low reviews, I threw the dice and tried this place I had purposely been avoiding over the years hoping they would have a truck available on the fly. The man who helped us was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and friendly. The truck we rented appeared newer and was in awesome condition, clean, and drove like a dream. Hours there are limited so I had to self-checkout when dropping off the truck. Was a bit difficult getting a network data signal using the app at this location to self-checkout/drop off and took me nearly 30 min to complete after several failed attempts. I’m a pretty big dude and I’m just glad I got out of there before dark. Definitely not your typical U-Haul location, but did the job in a jam. I would definitely use again if I had no other options.
Chad WI cannot believe you allow such a location to represent you. The property is basically a junk yard. There is no place to park your personal vehicle except on the side of the road. There was no one there to get me checked in so I had to call U-Haul to get help. Even if I could have self picked up there was a large limo blocking in the van I had reserved. I will never use this location again. I am contemplating using other rental companies the next time I need to rent.
