Vehicle was the filthiest I've ever rented. Cigarette butts, food, ashes, rusted razor blade in cup holder and that was just in the front. Rear was muddy and not even remotely clean. I rent uhauls once a month for business and will NEVER rent from this business again. I submitted a formal complaint to corporate and was told the manager of the facility would call me to discuss the issue. I never received a call or any attempt to make the issue right.THOMAS W.

I was scheduled to pick up the truck at 10:00 PM on Sunday night. Without notifying me, the rental was changed to "Hand Delivery" which meant I drove to the location at 10:00 at night and wasn't able to get the truck until the next day. The rate advertised is not the real rate. UHaul should say up front to the customer what all the fees are and then give an estimate of the total they would pay. The cab was stinky.MARIA K.

Drop-off was uneventful. The location didn't have an obvious place to park the truck and there were a LOT of cars around the building because the location is primarily a tire store. Larger and more U-Haul specific signage would be really helpful, and a reserved parking place or two would be lovely. I never went inside, and the key drop box was where I expected it to be, so the minimums were met and I didn't feel like there was a serious issue. The digital drop-off process was as straightforward and reasonable as the pick-up process was maddening. Every step was clearly explained. The camera use was intuitive, and the various technical pieces all worked very well. I felt as if I had a well documented and thorough check-in, and was comfortable walking away knowing the rental was done. Well done!Richard T.
The 24/7 check-in process was absolutely horrible. I entered all of the requested information ahead of pick up only to have to enter the same info again and wait for verification (a very slow process) at pickup. This resulted in my rental time being shortened.Adonika S.

Was not expecting to pick up from this location. The people there were very nice and accommodating, but it was strange getting the truck from them. Not sure what to improve here as I understand the business model but I was expecting a more thorough check-in process. Also the truck had the check engine light on and was difficult to drive. i drove 14 miles and was charged $22 for gas . i should have known but figured i used little or no gas and they told me it would be 450 a gallon not how it turned out to be 20 a gallon is beyond me . these people are rip offs . i've got a big social media presence and will be telling everyone. about this . on top of that after all i had to wait for the guy to go to the bank and walk the office dog . this was a nightmare .Jamie A.

The furniture dolly was missing, which caused us to have to find other people to help us move heavy items. Uhaul has yet to remove the charge for the dolly rental.KATHRYN M.

This was supposed to be a contactless pick-up, but the truck was not ready when we arrived. They didn't have the correct dolly, so the whole reservation had to be re-started,and the pads weren't in the truck. The office was small, and none of the men working there was wearing a mask, although the man who was helping me put one on when I said that I was not comfortable going inside the office. A contactless pick-up should be just that - ready to go with no or minimal contact.Carol H.

I had selected this location due to the ability to complete the rental as a "mobile pick up" via the app to make this a contactless transaction (trying to maintain physical distancing as a precaution). However, I had to go inside to retrieve the key, which prevented this from being a contactless rental. If you offer "mobile pick up," please ensure that the transaction can be completed without the customer needing to come inside. Thank you!Kersten H.

Don't advertise that the rental is $29.99. We rented a truck and yes, that was $29.99 but after gas mileage and $14 insurance our total was over $127.88. It was still a good value but way more than you think you're going to pay going into it.Matt G.

Great, quick, friendly service! I did drop back off a 1/2 hour before closing and got a text the next day from uhaul saying it hadn't been dropped off yet. All was fine! I didn't get any extra charges or anything. But I thought you might want to know that that can be stressful for the customer if it doesn't get logged in the day of that a truck is returned. Terrible pick-up experience using U-Haul mobile app. Very slow verification process, incorrect lockbox code which led to a truck switch because thankfully the other lockbox was not locked and a truck key was inside...not the truck I had rented plus the tank was on empty.Stephen H.

Called UHaul to regarding drop off after hours. They stated we could drop off Sunday night and call Frosel in the morning. We did this. No one answered at Froesel, left message with no call back. Two days later got phone call/text from UHaul asking where our the truck was. When called to inform we followed instructions, was scolded that we did not do online check out process. We were not instructed to do this when we called UHaul to ask if we could drop off at Froesel. Very unpleasant and messy experience.Alexander C.

I returned it on time but got a call the next day while at work. The first thing that was said was, â€œYou DIDN'T return the truck!â€ Ummmmmm....yes, I did earlier than I was told to. Apparently someone had to move the 10 ft truck after I returned it so another truck could fit into the same space. I just didn't appreciate the accusatory phone call. I even put more gas in than I used. Ughhh. I've always been a good customer over many years and a number of states but this is how I was treated.Terri T.
