Small parking area for trucks. Is hard to access location. No U-Haul sign and name is different than Fort Meyers Storage. If I hadn't seen a U Haul truck there I might have missed the entry. The man there was very nice.STEVEN B.

From the first contact with Mike to our meeting with Tom, the rental process went smoothly. The truck was very clean and easy to use for our move. I was reserved and confirmed for a 10 ft truck on old 41 in Bonita Springs once I arrived at Bonita to pick up they said they had no truck and to go to Naples which was 30 miles further from where I needed to drive. I do not trust Uhaul anymore . The one I found on Palm Beach Blvd in Fort Myers was a 20 ft truck and the older guy that checked me in was rude.MELANIE F.
this is what you can do...maintain your trucks better and ans the phone when someone is in trouble. 3hrs waiting to be ans. then 2 hrs to get fixed. A 369.00 dollars for gas, unbelievable. and just to let you know i took pic. of the tires and receipts. will be writing a complaint to the department of tranportation. so no i an not a happy camper.LOLA H.

Staff was friendly and helpful , but we had to go to 4 Uhaul sites to attempt to find all the equipment that I had reserved online and got a confirmation of prior to flying to Florida.I got another email that the pickup site had changed after I was already in the air but neither of the two first sites had the truck I had reserved and the correct trailer for me to use. Requested to drop off at different location, was assured we could do that, stated the drop off place we wanted was their, "mothership." 2nd location stated request was not written properly and had to return to original location.JOHN A.
Just a dropoff location at a storage facility, but there is not good signage or instructions. I ended up pulling in to a lane where I would block storage units and had to back out into a busy street in order to find a better way in to drop off truck. The customer service rep was very short and got very upset when I told him that I did not receive the for the link to scan my ID. Then got angry when he had to manually enter 2 contact information. Upon returning the Uhaul and I asked for the sale to be completed while I was there he said that I would have to wait for him to get the information from the truck and when he got up from his chair he pushed it back hard and slammed his hand down. I asked him why he was so angry. He did not respond. Upon leaving I told him to have a nice day and he said something under his breath and I said then don't. He was a very unpleasant man. I went to this location because it was the closest to where I was getting furniture. I will NEVER rent from this location again. First of all the location of the pick up was not the location but I requested I also did not get a message as to where to pick up the vehicle until an hour and a half after my scheduled pick up time after which time I have gone to two other U-Haul stores to attempt to find it. When I finally did pick up the truck the tank was empty I only made it five blocks before I had to walk another 10 blocks to get a 5 gallon can of gas to move the vehicle vehicle also was full of dog hair and empty water bottlesJohn L.

The operator at the storage unit it's definitely not a morning person, LOL. The inside of our truck was clean and neat and everything worked. This location wasn't the original location. The original location charged my account AND THEN discovered that the trailer was missing. It took a long time to get the issue resolved, but the 2nd location took care of it. The confirmation of the location of the trailer should have been confirmed 1st and then I should have been charged. The professionalism and effort made by both locations to resolve the issue was exemplary.Willie O.

I ordered and paid for a dolly, but was never given one. Now I'm trying to contact customer service which is proving to be a nightmare loop with a website that gives me a phone number and when I call it is an eternal wait which tells me to go online every 15 seconds with very annoying music.Donna P.

He had another man there to help and he knew what he was doing and only helped when needed, which I thought was the right thing to do. I have alot of patience but some people don't. Received a call from this location day prior asking where I was. I was shocked because I only had it one day on a two day rental. Then was told she needed me to be sure to bring it in by 9:00 am because they had it rented for 9:30. I was unaware that I had a specific time it had to be returned and did not appreciate the call from the lady telling me I had to have it back. At time of call, I did not have contract in my possession as it was with truck. The whole process became stressful. If the person calling would have been more explanatory on her call and less demanding it would have been a much smoother deal. As it is, I'm less likely from using uhaul in the future.John T.
