Trent UnterbrinkI have no problem with the business itself, however U-Haul told me they were open. They were not open. I tried to check in with the app and the online website under the guidance of a U-Haul representative. Neither app nor the website worked.

gordon terpeningThe dual axle trailers NEED dolly jacks. They are impossible to lift and set on the ball. Whoever decided NOT to include this NEEDED feature needs a lesson in common sense and good judgement. Lifting that trailer tongue into position manually is a pain and can lead to injury. THe employee that helped me was extremely helpful, courteous, and polite. He took time to help me hook the trailer up and ensure the lights etc were working properly. AWESOME customer service.

CHARLES NISWANDERCharged my card at a time when they said they didn't. Also way over charged me for the uhaul and tried to rent it out to someone else before I got there to pick it up! Never again! I will definitely be going somewhere else! When I called to speak with someone about the charges I was told I would have a field rep call me back and haven't heard from that person either. All around bad service!
