Difficult parking lot to navigate, wasn't told to complete check out inspection online on site

Never went inside location, but employee was helpful unhitching the trailer. Location is down a steep incline, so difficult to get back on street.

Justin who helped get my contract dispatched was great, he went and set up the truck the night before so I could pick it up in the morning before the location opened

I got there at 9:00am and there was nobody there. Call the number on the door wit no answer. I was clueless as of what to do. 10 min later someone showed up ask me to park the trailer and let me go. Later I received and e mail confirmation of my drop off

the trailer had numerous bare wires that continually shorted out and blew fuses on my vehicle

Truck was old and beat up. The front end shook pretty bad on the highway. The driver side mirror felt as though it wad gonna shake loose. None of the interior lights or lights in the back area worked.

Truck was clean but allot of miles not running good transmission not shifting good gas mileage was way less than advertised tires out of balance also had to pickup truck at another location the was charged for the extra miles I have been a uhaul customer for 20 years never received such poor service and equipment bad bad bad
