Multiple signs for differing hours of operation. No signs on the door or building stating where the drop off box is for after hour keys. Ended up having to come back the next day to find out it's on a random pole in the parking lot. Waste of time that could have easily been avoided.MATTHEW S.

Horrible, Horrific and absolutely worst experience! I called four times to confirm a trick. NO truck was available when I showed up! NO EMAIL OR PHONE CALL INFORMING ME! LAUREN, Manager of Transportation Center for Regional Indiana was the worst â€œManagerâ€ I ever spoke with and currently waiting for Matt to call me with my open issue against her! She informed me she had all the power to decide who should rent from U-Haul and cancelled my order WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. She has no business in a â€œManagerâ€ role!!!DEBBIE J.

I know there's only so much that can be done about this. I reserved a 20' truck 10 days in advance for 1pm, but it wasn't available (due to another customer using it) until 9pm. I did get small discount, but it totally changed our packing/moving plans. If I had known it would take so long, I would have rather gone to a different location for the truck.Maitland G.

The truck itself was omg spotless clean and locked great preformed very well for fuel economy but you can tell the front end needs to be repaired the shocks are out and on rough interstate roads its hard to handle bounces alot and the right front brake caliper is siezing up can hear it draggingDonald G.

Gentlemen helping us was very nice. App would not let me self check in. Truck drivers side very dented and scratched. Dolly holder broke in truck. Inside back was dirty got my mattress black on top. Inside truck was dirty coffee and soda spills all over. Truck had a squeal wen it drove.Robert L.

The approval process through the app for pickup is very slow. Spent close too 20 minutes waiting in the parking lot for that. Agent did not respond when I went through the chat. Adding pictures for things like cleanliness would cause errors on the app and not let me proceed unless I selected a different answer.Gaige L.

Perhaps provide a different way of obtaining vehicle key. I was unfamiliar with a storage fee facility padlock. There were two sets of possible codes to enter. I apparently did, )according to the gentleman I spoke with at this location when it was open for regular business hes) choose the right configuration ...but, was unable to open the lock. Call immediately for help. No one available. Called to cancel. Was told they could cancel but I would need to speak with manager of actual vehicle location Unable to reach manager when I called. Gentleman on location phone said they were refunding my charges. The charges were removed from my account and I was rebilled for total minus milage. Just under $50.00 for a vehicle I Icould not access. Would have understoof paying the $19.95. Not happy.Received no communication from actual manager though he had my phone number.Suzanne H.
Better communication from the operator of this location would be appreciated. He was very slow to help us and was very confusing in his instructions on how to get the key and which truck was ours. We were also not even given the correct size truck. He was insensitive to our time constraints. I also ordered blankets/pads and these were not available at this location. Next time I would like to be informed with more advanced time if my location has changed so I can prepare appropriately. I will not be renting from this location or from this operator in the future.Rebecca B.

The suspension in the truck was really bad it made me sick to my stomach. My TVs and dinette Beveled glass were wrapped in pads and even had bungee cord to hold them. When we got To our destination we raise the door up on the back of the truck and all three of my TVs and the beveled glass top were damaged beyond repair. I hope the insurance I paid for will cover the damage.Dibri D.

I made a reservation by phone on a Tuesday for a must-move Saturday. My first call was almost complete when the employee told me I'd have to pick up at another location. As I neared the pick up spot on Saturday I called to say traffic was delaying me a bit. This employee said I did not have a reservation. We disagreed about this a couple of times, neither of us becoming loud. I pressed the person for assistance and he said "It's Saturday and lots of people are moving--we don't have a truck for you." We did this another minute or two. I pressed for a solution. He sent me to a furniture store that rents UHauls. The person there was actually great and the rental was fine. But overall UHaul customer service was terrible, uncaring, unprofessional. They sold my reservation because they were busy. Beware Indy area UHauls.Jeff F.

The pick up via mobile phone is a disaster. There is no reason to have to go through all the hassle when you are on site and ready to go. The selfie, license photo, and back up contact could all be done in advance.Andrew S.
