The whole rental experience was a disaster from U Haul. The 26 ft. was not available at the Gantzel location in Queen Creek,AZ. It was reserved! We rented 2 15 ft. trucks. The fuel to drive to our destination was very costly. More than expected. Fortunately this location had a truck.PATRICIA T.

Communication between your facilities would help. I reserved a 20ft truck the night of the 25th, I had a client to move the next morning in Chandler near Country Club and Warner rd. The Facility I reserved the truck was only 4miles away. They actually called me 10mins before my pickup time to confirm, I then received a call from Uhaul corporate saying my rental would not be back in time. I was then sent 20mins out of the way to Power rd and Williams field to sit there for almost 40mins for them to tell me they don't have a truck for me. Thats when i was sent another 15 mins out the way to the Germann location for a10ft truck, half the size I needed. This caused me to be over an hour late for my job and also took longer because i had to make 2 extra trips in order to get my clients things moved.Nigel H.

UHAUL can improve, NOT FURNITURE BRAT. Made my reservation via the Uhaul app, everything was good, until about 24 hours later a uhaul rep called me and told me that their system had me overbooked With another customer for the same equipment. They sent me on a wild goose chase for another location tucked back way off the beaten path with an available trailer for the time I needed it. You'd think uhaul would handle the situation by moving another auto transport to the original location I chose, without even calling me. Or even offer a discount to pickup equipment at another location. But none of that happened. Do better uhaul. Otherwise everything else was great as usual.Jerry F.

It all started when the online booked me at my location, then they called me the night before saying my truck was at another farther location and did I want to confirm. WTH! I picked up the 26' on a Sunday when they were closed. The app or online wouldn't take my DL photos the night before, until you choose pick up my truck that morning. Afterwards, it says pending approval for code. I tried the app which failed, and then online and she said they were having technical difficulties. My son and I waited over 35 minutes next to the truck, just for the unlock code. I have the texts as proof. I suggest picking up the truck when they're open or take your chances and give yourself an extra hr. Mark was great and made it right later, since we were already very upset after this. We also paid for 2 guys from the moving company and we're charged an extra hour since we ran over. Moving day from hell.MICHAEL H.

Only had issues with technical service. Answer you 1800 number. Had issues with app. Got disconnected after holding for 15 mins for two days prior to service the.n Again, day of service waited 30 mins to get password confirmed and to get Authorization for service confirmed. Ugh.David T.

Please please make the drop off spot more clear, more noticeable. I didn't know where the uhaul store even was. I drove to the back of the building to the loading dock because I saw uhaul trucks back there but no entrance.Cynthia F.

The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that no masks are worn by employees. I'm fine with that if they stay 6 feet away but they made absolutely zero attempt to. The gentleman behind the counter did stay 6 ft away. Filled out all info online including credit card info To reserve the trailer. Did the same thing all over again when I picked it up. A waste of 30 mins on pick up to do this again.
