GAS was zero. was worried whether will it reach to Gas station or not. There was broken glass in the loading area. paint spilled over all where. I dont think the owners do have a look at the truck, whenever anyone returns it.

Gurpreet N1. Cashier at front took 40+ mins to check in as he doesn’t know how the system works. I booked vehicle for 10:00 AM and got the truck key around 10:45 AM. 2. The right headlight of the truck was off, imagine driving a truck without light. Unbelievable experience! 3. After getting keys, I was checking the vehicle first and upon checking back while opening shutter I found that 3 druggies sleeping in the truck and enjoying their own company and all over the place was smoke etc. I don’t think any customer want to rent or drive suck truck. Upon going back and informed about this to Cashier, he didn’t do anything! Worst experience with U haul.

Kapila PThe vehicle is not maintained well. The ignition is not properly working and I had to turn the key very very hard to ignite the vehicle due to which my index finger incurred a lot of pain each time I start the vehicle. The driver side lock is not working and it seemed to be prone to theft. The answer the store associate gave to me is that I can lock the driver door from inside , get down from passenger side and lock the passenger side door. I could not deny taking the vehicle for its condition because I could not postpone my house shifting. Hope there will be some action taken for this inconvenience.

Harshil PGet the vehicle cleaned before another rental. I know this message makes no difference as you guys will never bother getting any vehicle cleaned prior renting to another customer. You rely on customers to clean which is really useless. I always clean up the vehicle and there is no reward for that rather next rental I receive is with smell of trash or all dirt in the driver cabin as well as back cabin which we always broom and sometimes mop prior our loading.

Ebenezer KMy comments are for Uhaul and not for the location. I find Uhaul is becoming much too expensive as I spent $110.00 on gas and then $256.02 is what I was charged so in total this cost me $366.02 which I feel is too expensive especially as this was a 15 ft truck. I was stuck because of time and that's why I used Uhaul again aa after my previous experience I was not going to use Uhaul anymore because of the cost. I plan to do some research into this and try out another company next time.

Suthakaran YThis Uhaul had a hole or crack which leaked through and our event decor items were damaged. You guys should fix the body of your trucks. This incident costed us more in replacing an repairing our inventory over the rental price of the truck itself. Not worth renting then.

CYRUS FHave the employee check the vehicle. Not thinking that both fuel pictures need to be taken at the same angle so there was a discrepancy on how much gas was left. He told me to go and take another picture but then I realized I don't work for U-Haul. If the truck tank was full when I picked it up I could have filled the tank back up instead of trying to get some exact amount, then charging me $40 because apparently I missed training.

Mandeep SHello - I normally don’t complain but this experience was disappointing, especially given that moving is already a busy/stressful time. Here are just a few of the issues: (1) called to confirm that the truck was ready (around 5, then again at 6 and 8PM), and the phone number kept going to voicemail or I’d get dial tones, (2) when I arrived at the convenience store, the clerk didn’t know I was coming. He was confused that someone was picking up a uHaul. It took almost ~30 minutes to process the transaction, find us dollies (that were ordered with the truck at the point of sale), and get the truck out, (3) there was barely any gas - we had to stop within 5 mins to fill up - less than 1/8 of a tank left, (4) the truck so much litter and garbage in the driver’s and passenger’s area, and on the dashboard, and lastly, (5) despite being quoted in the $90-120 range given the drive, I was charged $200…which would have been fine if I was given an accurate quote. All in all, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Harshalkumar PMy pickup time was at 7.30 AM and I had opted for 24/7 mobile check-in. But, I ended up waiting till 10 AM for the store person to handover. For others mistake my schedule got completely messed up. I am not sure if u-haul would be bothered to address this.

Sikander PPoor customer services. Arrogant and rude behaviour of the sales girl totally un supportive and she made thing more difficult when I had a situation during my shifting. Furthermore, the Uhal helpline staff provided my details to an unknow third person who called me on my number and addressed me with my name and mentioned that I am using a Uhaul service now. Which is quite disturbing for me. How its possible that my data is being provided to someone outside uhaul to contact me. I will definitely go after this thing. Its a breach of privacy and data protection laws of Canada.

sheila bI would not recommend ANY UHaul Location!!! They promise vehicles TWICE and both times there was no truck. Then they said they would give us a discount because of our EXTREME inconvenience and expense due to their errors - and DID NOT honor their word. UHaul is incompetent and then lies, and then cheats you out of your money.
