The van was very clean but the tire pressure was way off.. On all 4 of the tires... It showed me on driving panel..35-55...35 -65... This caused me to be all over the road in a serious flash freeze.. I did report it first thing on Monday... However I would rent again

Fraser KThis in no way reflects the GNS Equipment rentals. They were great. However, I booked a 20’ truck six weeks in advance. A week before my move day, I get a call from u haul saying they don’t have a 20’ truck at that location. I would have to pick it up in Dartmouth. This would have been ok, even though it added 2 hours driving time to my day. However, they also wanted me to pay the extra mileage and fuel! I flat out said no. Why should I pay for the large amount of fuel and mileage because they double booked the truck. The guy I was talking to said he would call me back by days end, but never did. A few days later I received a voice mail saying they were going to rent me a 26’ truck, and they hoped I would be ok with that. Very poor service expectation from u haul that they wanted me to pay the extra expenses. Again though. This does not reflect GNS. They were excellent to deal with, hence my rating.

James MCargo van I rented hadn't been checked out from previous client.The brakes and or rotors were bad that they didn't know about and acknowledged they hadn't moved the vehicle since it was dropped off.

FLOYD VThat's a pretty biased survey you only asked questions about the location you didn't ask questions about the overall experience.. Because my experience wasn't all that great I must admit if there was other options in my area I wouldn't use U-Haul again! DH
David HWas not the trailer I reserved. Had higher sides than I wanted for the job I needed to do. Also, the tailgate did not drop to the ground because of short chains welded to it. Finally, the places they had welded the chains to the tailgate made the access narrower than the actual width of the trailer by about four inches. I needed the full width to fit the carton I needed to load. Accordingly, the trailer was useless to me and a waste of money.

LEVI LTook forever to have my truck paid for and picked up. They had an issue with the order going through and they didnt have a utility dolly that I requested.
Daniel DDid not like that head office called the night before pickup to tell me that they did not have my 15ft truck and that the only vehicle I could have was a 26ft supermover to travel a 1000 miles. Second strike for youhaul.

rob gThe fuel Guage got stuck below the half way mark so we ended up putting much more fuel in than necessary because until we ran the vehicle for a while the Guage wouldn't go up to half.
Jackie MFor two years I rented a 4 x 8 trailer for $98 +tax. This year it was $249 + tax. Predatory pricing which I assume you will blame on Covid or the Ukraine war. I will not b renting from you again.
FRANK RNothing to improve at all! This location is fantastic! They went above and beyond to assist me in my rental needs. Was flexible when weather interrupted my plans. Will be using them in the future!
Danny WIt took 40 minutes to get the paperwork done. The car dolly was bury in Snow, the shackles were frozen hard.

SUZANNE NOverall, terrible experience with U-Haul from the start. It was not sleciacially the people at this location but instead the mere communication between branches and the usability of the app we were supposed to use to get access to the car after hours. Of course, I was informed the sign in process would be seamless, instead, the app didn’t work and my dashboard was different from the one in the video to access the key box to get the car. We were told there’s 24hr service and it took 2 hours in freezing rain to get a hold of someone who finally was able to help. Terrible experience from start to finish with the app and my reservation not being found using my own name. No beef with this location but the experience sucked. Would definitely reconsider before using U-Haul again

Joyce MWhen I booked the uhaul I booked it for 3 days. The confirmation came for it being booked for 3 days. When I picked up it was put in as one day so when I dropped it off after 2 days and I thought it was early it was actually late and I lost my $60 deposit( I paid cash) This is the second time this has happened. I ended up paying way more for 2 days then I should have.
